Terrible with potential new customers. Contacted them through their website via email & had multiple people replying making it very confusing while not answering the questions I asked. Fin Contacted them through their website via email & had multiple people replying making it very confusing while not answering the questions I asked. Finally got someone to talk to me via email going back and forth for several hours trying to put together a deal since I was unable to talk by phone at the time. They had 2 identically equipped models of the same vehicle except for color and was asking $1,700 more for the one I wanted when it wasn’t a color that cost extra. Said it was because one was newer to the lot. Gave me the run around wasting my time via email as to whether they’d price match the other vehicle insisting I call them to discuss when a simple yes or no reply would’ve sufficed, then wasted another 20 minutes by phone after suddenly putting me on hold several times without asking if it was ok only to tell me they wouldn’t match the price despite having at least one model of that vehicle sitting in their lot for 161 days. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealer in 30+ years of buying cars. More
