Here We go again at this dealership. third time changed name since i been using this dealer and always the same problems, I called in because i have a recall on my 2021 Chevy trailblazer third time changed name since i been using this dealer and always the same problems, I called in because i have a recall on my 2021 Chevy trailblazer for a faulty Jack, it is made of PLASTIC, ok so i finally was able to get in today and spoke to a woman we will Call J, i explained i work directly across the street in the refinery and been here for many years. and i could come in and change out the jack, she checked and they had one in stock, i said great i can come in after work, and change it out, she said it will take an hour and i have to turn my car in, i explained that this is a terrible place and i just want to turn my jack in and get out, I've had experiences where they would try to Up sale you on things and services that you don't need, of even worse put a wrong spark plug in, so she said sure come in at 4PM after work and change it out and wouldn't have to turn my car in, so i got a text saying i had a 4PM appointment, so i got to the dealer and grabbed the jack from my trunk, and walked into the service center with the cheap plastic car Jack that was from my car, and told who we will call D.O. and he seemed not that knowledgeable about vehicles, and i told him i am bringing my Jack in to exchange, that there is a recall on it, and he looked and said oh why did you remove it, the technician has to remove it, So you have to place your car in line so he can take it in and we do the paperwork, I said i was told that i can just come in and exchange the Jack without turning my car in by J and he said she gave you the wrong information, so he told me i had to get in line to turn my car in, ITS JUST A JACK, there is nothing technical about it except the manufacture sold us a cheap plastic product to Jack up a car. This is and has always been the worst dealership I've ever had to deal with in all my years, then he's going to try to throw J, under a bus, how unprofessional. Stay away from this dealership is my advice, different name but same service. ill try to find another dealership to take care of my recall, if not ill just purchase out of pocket another jack, the part cost $41 bad practices Chevy very BAD, and to think this is my third vehicle i bought here, and each time they never offered a veterans discount, More
Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Service.took my car for a diagnostic check and oil change and its been there since tuesday.i had to call and leave 3 messages bef Terrible! Terrible! Service.took my car for a diagnostic check and oil change and its been there since tuesday.i had to call and leave 3 messages before my call was returned.it took 3 days of them having my car there before they could tell me what was wrong with my car.then I called 3 more times 3 days later before my call was returned to finally tell me what was wrong with my car( a guy named david).I tried to explain to him that I needed to know how long it would take to fix the problem because I had to rent a vehicle ( at my own expense) David informed me that the new owners hasn't set up the rentals with enterprise lol he ( david) informed me that he immediate go check and see when my car would be fixed and call me back and that was 3 days ago.its been 6 days total now that they've had my car and I still don't know if or when it will be fixed..smh don't ever take your car there people!!! More
I've made appointments on the My Chevrolet app twice for this dealership. Both times I was told they didn't have any record. I learned from my previous appointment and took a screenshot. I spent hours waiting without an update until I went ti inquire. I've been here going on 6hrs. The appointment doesn't help. Im waiting for a defective part that has an extended warranty to be replaced. The part caused my car caused my car to hesitate, stall, drive sluggish, and the check engine light to come on. A few employees said hi and commented on how long I've been here, but it didn't improve my situation. They don't shuttle anymore, so. I've been sitting for hours. The receptionist felt sorry for me and got someone to talk to me. Recap I spent 6 hrs with an appointment, to get a defective part removed that was affecting my car, and was infored i needed an extra service that cost $380, no discount. After six hours and $400 this will be my last time here. More
