I understand you are upset that it got sold before you could get here, and I understand its a big purchase and you live along ways away and you can't just drive over, but you did inquire a week ago. It wasn't our intention to upset you or anyone else in that matter. We don't take deposits on vehicle for this exact reason, look at it in our point of view, we hold the vehicle for you and something happens and you don't buy. We lost out on your deal and also the ones that wanted to buy it while we wait on you to get in town. Its just a tough spot to be in. Again I'm sorry. Have a good day.

Your salesman indicated the entire sale could be done electronically and the process had started. You didnt have to wait for us to get into town. Even yoir response is misleading the facts. You aren't sorry. You made a quick sale and that's all you cared about. Be transparent and your customers won't be angry.

Nothing will make it better for me as I was misled. I was told others looked at it over the weekend but you have first chance, fill out this form. We said we would buy it and filled out the form. No one said, there is someone in the building right now prepared to buy it and its a race. Why waste my time? If you are the one who made the decision, you didn't even have the professionalism to talk with me over the phone. You didn't care what I had been told, you cared that some could sign the dotted line 20 minutes faster than I could. You weren't waiting for us to get to Georgia. I have the texts proving it was all being done electronically. Provide accurate information. Do better for your customers.
