My husband and I had visited the dealership when it was closed just to see what was on the lot. A couple of days later, we went back to test drive the Xterra that we came across. We told him why we were there and he allowed us to look at the vehicle and then test drive it. Afterwords, we went inside, sat down, and Victor proceeded to see what he could do for us. I have to admit, that it was probably the best customer service I have gotten from a dealership, let alone the friendliest. We were in and out in no time, papers signed, and a new vehicle to drive home. Victor answered all of our questions, and even introduced us to the previous owner's husband (who happens to work at the dealership as well). It was nice to meet everyone, get answers to all of our questions, and fully understand the forms that we were signing and agreeing to. I would definitely recommend these guys to someone looking to buy a new vehicle. It was the best experience I've ever had buying a car! More
