The situation you have described is not typical for our dealership, and your feedback has been taken into serious consideration. After further investigation, I discovered that the order was originally cancelled due to a backorder and we’re still waiting for the manufacturer to get us the part to complete the recall work on your vehicle. I’m very sorry that we cannot get them to ship these faster. Your time is very important to me and I’m sorry it’s been wasted following up with my service department.
