Disrespectful employees. Slimy sales tactics. Dishonesty. I went to purchase a car on 9-13-15. I called ahead to set an appointment to have my current vehicle assessed for trade in value. They employed deceptive tactics and were not forthcoming or respectful. I don't expect much from car dealerships in general, but the disrespect I was shown has encouraged me to give my first negative review of a company. The employees are not honorable or truthful. Price gouging My truck was having a malfunction within the shift solenoid of the valve body and needed to be replaced. I was quoted by your team that this would cos My truck was having a malfunction within the shift solenoid of the valve body and needed to be replaced. I was quoted by your team that this would cost $2700 which I felt was outrageous. I took my truck to a certified mechanic and had the same work done for $327. The solenoid cost $56. The total parts was $104. So I understand that your overhead is much bigger but to charge me $2400 more is outrageous and has cost you and everyone I know the loss of their business. I would also like to add that to stay a loyal Chevy owner I tried to buy a new truck and was my truck as a trade in was valued $3000 less for the quote of the work that needed to be repaired.
