Disrespectful and rude I have never expected too much from any dealer but they were rude and disrespectful. We will never go back there and never recommend them for service I have never expected too much from any dealer but they were rude and disrespectful. We were supposed to have the car aligned and detailed, (it was in the written agreement) and they made us come in multiple times to get it done. When we FINALLY got it in, they didn't even detail it. When called them on it, we were treated so disrespectfully and Implied we were liars. We will never recommend them and only have had negative experiences with multiple people there, in sales and service. More

Best car buying experience ever! Izzy was AWESOME! Hands down the best car buying experience we have ever had! I wanted to surprise my husband with a truck for Christmas, I knew the exact truck he want Hands down the best car buying experience we have ever had! Our lives are so busy right now, that a day at the dealership was out of the question. I called the dealership at 5pm on a Tuesday night and was lucky enough to be transferred to Izzy. I told Izzy what I wanted, we negotiated briefly, and by 8pm that same night, he delivered a 2016 Chevy Silverado 3500HD to our house in Redmond! Complete with a huge red bow!
