I was looking to trade in my '91 pickup for something much smaller and newer. After looking at about five cars, we selected one for a test drive, but I did not at any point feel like I was being pressured or rushed into buying. Everything was very much at the pace I set. I was on a tight budget (I needed to be at about $225 a month out the door) and as a first-time buyer, I didn't think it'd be possible. Rich was very honest and gave me a great deal. By the time we were done, I was at a 2.9% interest rate, a 4-year bumper-to-bumper warranty, and had a '10 used Aveo for less than my budget! I really feel that everyone at this dealer-- from Rich to the guys in finance-- came together to give me the absolute best deal they could. I've been ripped off at other dealers before, but I felt very comfortable with everyone here. I would recommend this dealer-- and even Rich specifically-- to absolutely anyone asking me for car shopping advice. More

I had the BEST experience at Chevrolet Cadillac of Bellevue! I usually dread going to dealerships to buy a vehicle because I feel pressured and feel that I have to argue to get a good deal. This was not the case with Chevrolet Cadillac of Bellevue. I couldn't believe how FANTASTIC their Customer Service was. Terry Woods not only listened to what type of vehicle I wanted, but he went through EVERY feature the vehicle had before the test drive, during and after. I couldn't believe that this guy knew exactly what every button in the Tahoe was for. Then he made sure that I didn't have any other questions and that I was happy with what he had showed me. Sami Boudjerda gave me a GREAT deal on my trade in. He also listened to what my needs were, and made the deal work for my budget. I didn't feel pressured, I only felt like this guy was going to make it work for me no matter what. I really felt like I was being taken care of, like a family member. Jim Dawson also was fantastic to work with, and met all my requests as well. I can honestly say that I received everything I asked for and then some. When it's time to trade in my new Tahoe I am DEFINITELY going back to Chevrolet Cadillac of Bellevue! I love my new beautiful Tahoe and the entire experience I had purchasing it. Finance told me it would be a one day process to have the car sealant package and chip protectant applied when, in actuality, it takes 2 days. This Monday was my third experience having my car serviced at Chevrolet of Bellevue and I have found it to consistently exceed my expectations. I have worked with both Logan (I believe that is his n serviced at Chevrolet of Bellevue and I have found it to consistently exceed my expectations. I have worked with both Logan (I believe that is his name) and Justin and both have had excellent communication as well as an overall professional attitude. I would not hesitate to recommend either one. On my last visit for a check engine light, I found their pricing to be well below to local competitors as well as a dealer north of them. Overall, I am a very happy customer. More
I was lured to this dealer via a craigslist posting. In a pre-qualifying email conversation started by me I was led to believe that the price of the vehicle was negotiable. At the end of the day, they refused to budge even one dollar on the price and lowballed me by 1/3rd on my trade. To be fair to them, the deal they were offering was pretty good, but not better than I could find elsewhere. I respect their remaining firm on thier price but they could have told me that at the very beginning before stringing me along, getting significant personal data from me, and then insulting my intelligence and wasting my time and robbing me of time with my family. Jeff seemed like a nice guy, his manager Shane did not, and at the end of the day they came off as clumsy sales team interested in the easy marks and not at all interested in developing long-term sales relationships. If you want to open your wallet and say "ahhh" go to Bellevue Chevrolet. More

It was hard sell from the beginning, so I negotiated a price over the phone. They finally agreed, so I went down to talk.<br><br>They insisted because of "their" 128 point inspection I didn't need an outside inspection done ...after my inspector found over $1500 worth of work the next day they refused to fix it before I bought the car ...but said I could use the limited 2 month warranty at Chevy of Bellevue right around the corner ...after I bought the car! <br><br>You would think after their strong statements the night before about how perfect their car was they would be embarrassed that my mechanic found anything wrong ...instead all I got was attitude and more xx hardsell. Un-be-lev-able!!<br><br>The icing on the cake was that they were pushing financing for 7.99% and the dealor I finally purchased from got me 4.25%. They insisted this was the best I could do for a used car, but I found my own financing on the internet for 4.85%.<br><br>These creeps use every trick in the book to try to separate customers from as many dollars as they can without actually breaking the law. Stay as far away as you can from this dealer.<br><br> More
