Purchased a 2017 Chevy Tahoe Premier on July 1st, 2020. No issues, garage kept and well maintained. This morning July 9th 2024 my ac started hissing and blowing hot air. Took to the shop they said extended No issues, garage kept and well maintained. This morning July 9th 2024 my ac started hissing and blowing hot air. Took to the shop they said extended warranty I purchased for $3200 would cover it. Called Chevrolet of Troy, (formally Joe Johnson when I bought it) they would not honor the 8 days past warranty, even though the mileage was still under, because of the ownership transfer from Joe Johnson to now Cheverolet of Troy. Very disappointed. I have had no other claims until now. More
I can't thank Carrie Williamson my sale lady enough for how professional she treated me during the entire process. She introduced me to the sales manager ( Tom ) as well as Dillon in finance. Bought car at dealership, as used car. Seems to have had issues since we bought it.
