Just recently Took car in to have back up camara fixed. Then I took car in it took less then 1 hour to fix which was great . However the cost of labor came out to 330.00 dollars an hour . I cannot believe Labor was That much an hour they quoted that but when I questioned it the said thats what we told you. I figured if it took less time my bill would show it. Unless of course 330.00 per hour is The going Rate. I will do my service work somewhere else Thank you. Ed Newsad More

We fell in love with Chevrolet of Troy and had an amazing experience on our new Tahoe, after 4 other local dealerships told us they would NOT come off MSRP, they gave us over $7000 OFF !! I am a stay at h experience on our new Tahoe, after 4 other local dealerships told us they would NOT come off MSRP, they gave us over $7000 OFF !! I am a stay at home mom and our daughter has special needs and scares easily in unfamiliar places. I mentioned this ahead of time so that we did not surprise them if she had a breakdown, and without asking, they said that was no concern and she was very welcomed there and they would do anything we asked to accommodate her, or if it helped, they could DELIVER the car to our driveway FREE of charge!! This took so much stress off of me, and our daughter, I have never had any business be so understanding and offer to accommodate us, and also invite us in knowing it could be disruptive to their business, most places just give us "the look" and let us know a crying 3 year old is not wanted, Chevrolet of Troy showed great compassion and understanding, I will never forget their kindness. When is the last time the ownership of a large company got involved and went OUT OF THEIR WAY to simply say Hi and make sure you were well cared for ? That is the way people used to do business a long time ago and was super refreshing to experience. I think this is our 5th or 6th New Car Purchase from them and I cannot say enough about their level of care and professionalism, it was difficult for us to find the time to get there to pick up the Tahoe due to work and children, they BROUGHT IT TO OUR DRIVEWAY 30 minutes each way from them !!!!! I had shopped every dealership within 100+ miles too and some dealers beat them on a part of the deal to make it look better than it was, but when running the total numbers at the end, Chevrolet of Troy came out on top by $1,000s which made us incredibly happy buyers. Do not get fooled by advertising and marketing campaigns from dealerships that offer crazy prices that after you are there in person, for this reason or that reason will not honor them once you get there, 99% of them will do that to you......Chevrolet of Troy not only honored their advertised price but found $1,000 more for us on this particular truck due to an incentive that was just coming into the market.......they could have not told us that and pocketed the $1,000 difference, we had totally agreed to pay that, but they did not and that alone left such an impression me that they will continue to be our "go to" place every time we purchase ! Integrity is worth more than Money, and I feel that the entire team at Chevrolet of Troy proved to me that they do truly care about their customers. This team is the benchmark for what all car dealerships should strive to be ! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND !! More

I write this review just to warn future buyers to really look at everything and make sure they are completely doing their job instead of saying everything is fine on the vehicle. This mistake came from someone half doing their job. My husband and I bought a truck from them the week before Christmas. The sales guy, Harold, was very nice, he’s actually too nice for this company. Upon getting the vehicle home and looking at it in the daylight, as we bought it in the evening and it was dark, we noticed the two front tires were so bad the wires were showing on the inner part of both tires. My husband called and spoke to the sales guy and was told the sales manager wouldn’t be back til Christmas Eve. So we took the truck in on Christmas Eve, the guy looked at it and after waiting for a few they agreed to put two new front tires on it. The day we took it in for the tires to be put on we told them we would drop the vehicle off in the morning. My husband confirmed he dropped the truck off with the sales guy a little after seven. Come the afternoon when my husband messaged to check on it, they said they didn’t know it was dropped off and hadn’t even started on it yet. Then to top it off, the sales manager, Josh, had stated we would be getting an alignment along with the two new front tires. But of course that was a lie and he stated sales never agreed to an alignment. This company seems to be full of people who only half xxx their jobs. I would never buy another vehicle here or would never recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. Do better Chevrolet of Troy! More
