They ordered my part, it did take awhile to come in but when they called that it was in, it was also time to do an oil change so we added that on as well. Spoke with multiple people not a single person knew what was going on. Was told that I would receive a call back, gave them 2 days to return my call before I called in. I did speak to a younger kid that tri was going on. Was told that I would receive a call back, gave them 2 days to return my call before I called in. I did speak to a younger kid that tried very hard to get the answers but he was not able to help as his manager was not working and wouldn’t be back in until Monday. I appreciated his honesty. Called in on Monday afternoon and once again not a single person had any idea what was going on. After hearing a xx story I explained that my vehicle has been in the parking lot for since Wednesday. I did end up getting the work done that I needed but my goodness it was like pulling teeth to get a straight answer. Suggested that for all the trouble I had went through for the last 2 weeks I should get some type of discount. 20.00 was taken off my bill. 🫣 Thanks the 20 phone calls that I made prolly cost more than the 20.00 you just took off my bill. Parts department is absolutely terrible. Travon told me that parts for my 2020 pickup were “discontinued” and unavailable at first, then after calling as soon as the dealership opened he tol Travon told me that parts for my 2020 pickup were “discontinued” and unavailable at first, then after calling as soon as the dealership opened he told me that he did not have either brake caliper I was looking for so I called Chevrolet of Wooster and they said they had one and could get the other by end of day which was going to put me in a bind time wise as I had taken the day off work to repair my truck, out of desperation I drove to millersburg Chevrolet to ask again in person if they had the brake calipers he told me no again and then magically found the front one and then proceeded to tell me that he just sold the rear caliper and I asked him if it was going to the Wooster dealership by chance and he said yes so he was trying to sell the caliper to Wooster after telling me he didn’t have one the paperwork with the caliper even had my name on it. Travon obviously needs more training or to find a different occupation. More
