Be very careful at this dealership. After purchase I could not get issues resolved. I was having tranny issues and there was a different reason on 5 separate occasions on why they could After purchase I could not get issues resolved. I was having tranny issues and there was a different reason on 5 separate occasions on why they could not schedule an appointment. It got very close to warranty time running out. I took it to another dealership and they fit me in and resolved the issue. After this I would not go back to them for anything. Now they constantly contact me with Onstar service notices. I’ve asked them to stop contacting me but they continue. On 5/9 I talked to service manager Jim about getting them to stop contacting me and he promised to “take care of it”. Of course today 7/15, they contacted me again about having some service work done. Terrible. More

It took way longer to get my car back than what I was originally told. I was promised it would be done on this day, then informed it would be longer. Next I was promised definitely on the next work day. originally told. I was promised it would be done on this day, then informed it would be longer. Next I was promised definitely on the next work day. Finally 2-1/2 weeks after drop off I got my car back. Very disappointed with timing. Some may have been unavoidable. But I felt like there was a lot of random guessing and excuses being made. The loaner car reeked of smoke and ac didn't work. I was a loyal customer. Just expect to have a long wait if you want service. More
