I stopped in to buy a new car, but at the same time my 2017 Yukon XL needed an appointment for service. When I went to the service desk there were 5 workers sitting at desks. No customers. I walked up to one and asked to make an appointment for my car. She said "no stand by that pole". then one guy called me forward and I told him I needed an appointment. He said oh I can't do that you need to stand by the pole. The others are still not helping anyone, but glued to their computers. VERY FRUSTRATING. We did not appreciate the promises that were made and not followed through with. We have bought 3 cars from this dealership and expected better service and some respect! We received neither! We paid over $5,000.00 for the front end to be fixed on one of our vehicles only to have one of the repairs break. Supposedly it was under warranty but when we picked it up we were charged an additional $700.00 plus dollars. We were treated very poorly and will not buy a car from them again, or have them work on one! More
