They could be better at communicating with customer instead of customer always having to check on status! There was no tech available to even look at the problem my truck was having and so I had to pic instead of customer always having to check on status! The people are nice and courteous but that only goes so far when I have to drive 45 each way just to drop it off and pick it up and I have to do it multiple times for the same problem. More

Service administrator Jason Wilson was a very courteous, polite & customer focused individual. We shared a common interest…..military service & same 1st names. I am still active duty & retire next year & h polite & customer focused individual. We shared a common interest…..military service & same 1st names. I am still active duty & retire next year & he made sure to take care of my needs considering I’ll be a vet soon. Jason was pleasant to chat with! The only gripe I have, being mechanically inclined myself, is the cleanup of the undercarriage area where maintenance was done under warranty. It could’ve been cleaned & wiped up a tad better.
