I bought a used 2021 Ford hybrid truck from Aubrey in July. I could hardly get him to call me back during the sale of the truck and now that I have bought it, and they have work to do on it, he will not July. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was not my salesman's fault. We had agreed on a price, and then the finance people made a mistake and said they hadn't charged the correct tax. I was ready to salesman's fault. We had agreed on a price, and then the finance people made a mistake and said they hadn't charged the correct tax. I was ready to walk away. If you give me a price, honor it. I am very happy that my new 'to me' vehicle was delivered, and my trade in was driven away. I'm not a big fan of car shopping to begin with. However, Tony actually made it a relatively pleasant (apart from the fact I had to spend money) process. All in all, a good experience. More

Called on a 2024 Camaro 2SS. Fees above actual advertised price were approx $1,100 DOC, $1,900 Plattner Automotive Group Advantage plan. MSRP is $54,670. Add the 3K in fees...Over 56K plus tax... They won't sell the car for the advertised price. You'd end up paying over 60K for an auto that is advertised for $53. This should be illegal. Sad, but dealers don't try to build relationships anymore. I live within 100 miles and was hoping to keep my purchase a local transaction. More

This place is a huge SCAM! !!! Stay away!! We took a trip to look at a used 2023 Trailblazer they wanted me to spend over $5,000 than what was advertised. The car currently had !!! Stay away!! We took a trip to look at a used 2023 Trailblazer they wanted me to spend over $5,000 than what was advertised. The car currently had a warranty on that was set to expire in 3 YEARS! They wanted me to purchase a mandatory warranty through them. They want one thing and it’s to take advantage of you and your money. Shame. More
