My husband and I, along with our daughter visited the car sale at the Puyallup Fairgrounds, particularly to 'just look'. We were greeted by Vicktor as we went to look at the Malibu. I came into your store after going to Jet Chevy in Federal Way because I prefer a Chevy but they did not have what I was looking for. When I walked into your store everyone seemed friendly and Victor was to be my salesperson...he was very nice, I told him I was looking for a small truck and I only had $6000 to $8000 to spend and that I needed the truck yesterday.....he showed me all that he had but there was not a small truck in my my price range.....I thanked him for his effort and kept his card. I went down the street and found a 1998 Ford Ranger that fit my needs. While I was test driving the truck Victor had already called Koruam to try to find one for me. To me he was totally "on the ball". I will go back to Friendly Chevy when I buy another auto and I will ask for Victor, I believe he is not only a good person but a valuable employee for your company. Being a single woman, buying a truck for a large company was a dreaded chore, I know little or nothing about trucks and just buying a car is stressful, but I was very comfortable with Victor.
