This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Friendly Chevrolet in 1 1/2 years. Richard found the car, a gift for me, and the process of purchase was made smooth considering the way we had to purchase th Chevrolet in 1 1/2 years. Richard was going to be the primary on the financing but he was working a 12 hour shift and could not get into the dealership until he had to sign the papers, after 7:00 pm in the evening. Mr. Brett made the process very smooth. 99% of the paperwork was completed when we physically returned to the dealership. It was indeed an unusual situation. Richard put the down payment on the car, financed the balance but the trade-in was my vehicle. Confusing as it seems, Mr. Brett made the process go smoothly. Most important was the one important fact, Mr. Brett had the day off and came in specially to follow through with this sale. Not many salespersons would do that. We appreciated every effort. My experience with Friendly was amazing. Ken Brett was able to answer to all my questions about the car I was looking at (even though it was a used Dodge and not a Chevrolet!).
