I have been put off by my past experiences with the car buying process. However Jim’s professionalism quickly put me at ease. We agreed on a deal without going back and fourth and with zero pressure. I was then introduced to Kim in finance. Kim was professional as well, explaining the every detail during the finance process. When taking delivery there was a hiccup with the vehicle’s battery. Jim immediately sent the car to service to diagnose and they determined that the battery needed replaced. He kept me informed via text while he stood by the mechanic ensuring that the problem was resolved. I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience and would highly recommend Jim Triggs and the staff at CHEVROLET of Puyallup. More

Untrustworthy management They told my wife she needed a cabin air filter, but the were able to blow out the debris in it. She would be good till next visit. I showed her they never looked at it, or much less blew it out. It was completely matted/ clogged. I took the filter back to the service manager, he explained the service writers dont have time to check with me while I waited or call me as I was walking the lot. He would look into it, never asked me the make,model, or year of my truck, or even when I was in for service. No trust in there ability to do simple service on my vehicles. More
