I was immediately approached by a helpful salesman by the name of Joseph “Sarge” Coghill. He seemed equally interested in showing me all available model that fit my described needs in a vehicle. He never once felt pushy or desperate to make the sale. I was allowed to leave and continue my vehicle shopping elsewhere. I experienced off putting sales tactics at even luxury car dealers. The dealerships selection (Chevrolet/GMC/Buick) and Mr. Coghill knowledge and low pressure approached. Made it very easy to return and continue narrowing our search. He clearly was listening and more aware of my needs than even I. The vehicle he initially showed me, a traverse, was by far and away the vehicle for my large family. The styling of the “redline”, fit visually what I required. He truly made me feel like he was working for me the whole time. My follow up contact with him has been amazing. Spending additional hours with my wife, making sure she is comfortable with all the electronics that are included in the car. Showing us how to use the free automated car wash. Where to go for our free oil changes. Post sale follow up phone calls. I continue to rave about the customer service, I have received, as much as the car. It was not only this amazing salesmen. The sales manager Dean Riley, made me feel that he truly went to bat and presented me with the best offer. There was thankfully, no back in forth needed. He clearly explained, that they had pulled additional financial help from all available options. Presenting me with a more than fair initially offer. I was very comfortable excepting these terms. Thankful, that the low pressure service had continued inside as well. While being walked to finance, Dean, spent additional time getting to know us and genuinely thanking us for our purchase. He answered my questions and showed me his cost estimate before going to finance. After the purchase, Jim drove the car to my house. Jim literally went the extra miles to provide great service. As a side note, it took nearly three hours .to complete the transaction. During that time, Jim offered water, coffee, and fruit bars. Ask for Jim because I'm certain he will take cat of you too.
