He was going to let our family test drive the vehicle ourselves but we brought him along to be our navigator. We really liked the Traverse and when we got to the negotiating table we were working with both Chuck and Joe. It felt comfortable because they both worked with us in person and did not do the salesmen going back and forth to a back room with their manager to make a deal type of thing that I have experienced at a couple dealerships. Overall great experience and I would recommend working with this dealership! More

Totally excellent I had been to 2 other dealerships before going to Harnish GMC of Puyallup. I knew that I wanted a crossover and had test drove 2 earlier in the day. We sat at his desk while he inquired as to what I was looking for. Took the Acadia for a test drive and knew it was the car for me. My only decision was which color. We made an appointment to come back the next day with my trade in. I let my husband do the negotiating on the price and they were more than fair with trade in and the transaction went smoothly.
