But we loved both the Harnish experience and the Buick Encore we purchased. So we came back and got a Chevy Colorado this time. Love the Truck, and Loved the experience again. Exemplary customer service and a passion to convert customers into family. I can't praise your team enough! Reggie our sales guy, Steve in the office, the guy in finance who's name I can't remember (That says a lot about how swift and painless the paperwork was. We we're only in his office for minutes... he did AWESOME and I wish I could remember his name.) and last but certainly not least Khrysten in Internet sales who got the ball rolling and stayed on top of it through the process.
