After researching vehicles on the internet I decided to ask for a quote. First thing the next morning I had a response from Nicole. I was impressed how quickly she responded. After a conversation with her I made and appointment to visit the showroom. She introduced me to Ed Duquette. I told Ed that I wanted to test drive an Equniox. With in minutes he arranged for me to take a test drive. Ed took me out to the Equinox and we talked about the basics before the test drive. What a great idea letting the prospective driver test drive the vehicle alone. No sales pressure while driving so that you can focus on what you want while in the vehicle with out interruption. I can honestly say that this is the first time that I was 100% satisfied with the customer service when purchasing a vehicle. No pressure No stress to purchase. Ed did a great job of answering all of my questions and getting answers from me to make sure I was making a good decision for me. I love my Equniox!!!! More
I knew about the dealership being that my wife has her Envoy serviced there. I checked the trucks online and checked on a tradein for my truck. I went to plenty of other dealerships and they were not even close to giving me the attention that George gave us. All my questions were answered. I Attempted to purchse one of their "HHR $12,995" specials. I was flat out lied to. I was told my payment would be $220-$250 and when I got there to sign papers it was $350 per month.
