Service was so bad, 3 tries to repair a radio forces me to purchases Dodge PU going forward. This is the closest chevy dealer to our company. The service department charged me $150 for a diagnostic fee on my 2007 Isuzu pickup with 49000 miles which is the same as a Colorado with a original complaint on a engine warning light. After about a half hour they told me that I needed a timing chain job with a estimate of $2900 plus tax. It didn’t have the symptoms of a timing chain and told them that but said it needed it anyway. After leaving the dealership and disappointed with their service not thinking it was the timing chain I took the truck to Vendetti Motors and talked with one of their mechanics and found it needed the GM synthetic mixture from the factory instead of the Mobil One I put in. The light has been out for almost two week! It wasn’t the timing chain after all! They won’t return my diagnosis fee either the service adviser or the general manager. They said they have to pay their mechanics right or wrong. He said someday it will need one ! I paid $59 for a tire rotation and oil change! Big Difference! I will never go back for service or sales! They used to be good when it was Cerrones before the buyout but not now! I will never go back! They were wrong to keep the diagnostic fee! They won’t return my money and was rude and didn’t care if they were wrong. They tried to scam me on a timing chain instead of telling me it was a possibility of just a oil change. Never go there! More

Always disappointed in the long run I was happy to come back to Cerrone after an accident that caused the need for a new car based on my first experience, now I'm wondering if I should'v I was happy to come back to Cerrone after an accident that caused the need for a new car based on my first experience, now I'm wondering if I should've looked around. I am first off not confident that we got the best deal as a car that cost $4000 more is costing me $100 more per month, that math doesn't add up. Second when we got the car, it came with 0 gas (I'd think $40 after me buying 2 cars from Cerrone wouldn't be too much). Third we needed a runner to get our vin checked and not only did this mean we were left with a LS model after having a LTZ model, lame, we got that car without gas and the runner was over and hour late bringing OUR car back. If I knew it would be that much of a hassle I would've bought the car less than 1.5hrs away from my home and done the registration myself. I am a customer who is big on word of mouth and the use of customer comments and surveys...so if you got any and want improvements send 'em my way because I can see there is definitely something lacking. I wish Steve was my salesman again because he didn't drop the ball for 1 second last time. More
Cerrone`s dealership was a pleasure to work with. Everyone was professional but at the same time it was a nice relaxed atmosphere.
