Great Experience for Remote/Out of State Buyers The dealership and salesman, Tim Marcum, could not have been better. I was purchasing a 2005 Pontiac GTO that was 9 hours away from me, and Tim did li The dealership and salesman, Tim Marcum, could not have been better. I was purchasing a 2005 Pontiac GTO that was 9 hours away from me, and Tim did literally everything possible to make me as confident and aware of all aspects of the car and the few flaws it had BEFORE putting down a deposit and flying out to buy the car/drive it back. There was intense interest in the car and at first, another buyer put down a deposit 10 minutes before I called with my credit card to put down mine (this was within 48 hours after first contact with the dealer). Tim had even gone in on his day off on Sunday to make a cell phone video pointing out all the car's flaws (not many) and sent it to me! Ultimately that video and the honesty Tim clearly showed was what gave me the confidence to pull the trigger the next day, only to fall a few minutes short. Since I was beat out by 10 minutes, I moved on to other candidates (the plan B car 18 hours away). The next day Tim called back and said the other buyer (oddly) didn't like the car, and that I was the first in line of several people wanting to buy it, which of course raised alarm bells to me. Tim's honesty gave me the confidence nothing was wrong beyond what I already was aware of. I then put down a deposit and booked a $300 flight to pick up the car a couple days later. I could not recommend the dealership or Tim more. Buying any car remotely/out of state, let alone unusual ones with lots of potential buyer interest, can be very risky, but Tim and the dealer mitigated most all of those risks. If you are buying remotely, you can count on full disclosure and the knowledge/attention to detail necessary to minimize the risk of surprises, which is the most important factor. The car ended up being even better than advertised once I saw it in person! More

You are greeted from the time you arrive, and are helped from begging to end with no pressure. Jamie was more than helpful with my abundant questions. He really has the patience of a Saint. I am not an easy customer. I still receive follow up calls to check on my satisfaction and make sure I am pleased with my purchase. They actually care about you and it shows. So go check them out. Ask for Jamie. Let him know the Trail Blazer lady gave him a good 5 STAR review because he deserved it. More
Worst dealership ever. Went to look at a 2014 Ram 1500. Sales person was friendly. Finance dept was awful. Spoke to 4 different sales managers who were trying to get me to agree on a payment before they ever ran a credit check. Hours later after receiving 5 lenders back that i have never heard of before with apr's that were all over the place from 5.9 to 8.9 with a 806 credit score.Asked why the Apr's were so high when less than a mo i was offered 2.75. Oh we go by what the lender say. Where are the main lenders Capital, Bank of america ETC. Oh they may not of responded yet. Hours later still playing the #'s game before I just left. Know your credit score and get your financing before ever stepping foot in this dealership. Rip Off. More
This dealer could care less about its customers. I don't even know where to start with how bad this dealer is. First sales experience was horrible, was there for four hours and during that time my salesmen was showing cars to other people. Bubba the used car manager never seemed interested in selling the car. Since they had the exact model vehicle I was looking for I bought it. It was sold to me as a GM certified used vehicle, by the time I drove it back to my home city it was already having issues. Was able to get them to pay for this repair. During this time I was still trying to get the info about my warranty which of course gm had no record of. Have been trying to work with bubba, and Carol neither of which will return phone calls at this point. I would never recommend or buy from this dealer again they just flat out lied to me about my warranty and just don't care about their customers. I have had to put a stop payment on my check. More
