Great Salesman/Problematic Dealership Mike Anderson, my salesman, was great to work with. No pressure, straight forward, and doesn't give off the typical salesman vibe. The dealership on the other hand was a bit of a chore to work with. Had issues with transferring a tag from a trade in. Was told several different stories about the transfer (not by Mike, others at the dealership). 4 trips to the dealership and a couple of trips to the county clerk later it was resolved. Mike did everything in his power to make this right including a complimentary oil change. 5 star salesman at a 2 star dealership. More

Poor Service, Poor Quality Control/Assurance, Expensive You know that saying: "Fool me once, shame on you...fool me twice, shame on me!" I took my vehicle in for fluid changes, miscellaneous repairs, new You know that saying: "Fool me once, shame on you...fool me twice, shame on me!" I took my vehicle in for fluid changes, miscellaneous repairs, new tires, and detailing. And for the second time at this dealership, the service department let me down. For the second time, not all repairs were complete when I came to pick up my vehicle. They said they detailed the vehicle, but they didn't. Even the service rep was upset and disappointed. They damaged some carpet on the passenger side, but since the vehicle is 9 years old, it is apparently acceptable (according to the service manager) to damage something and not be held responsible for repairing it. The service manager said he wouldn't repair or replace the carpet, but did provide a voucher for two free oil changes. Which is contradictory, because that is a confession of guilt. I didn't have to pay for the detailing service, but why would I since they didn't detail my vehicle?!? Besides all this, the service department didn't complete all the repairs discussed. The service rep didn't confirm everything was complete either. Everyone passed the buck, no one confirmed everything was in order before handing me back my keys, and no one put any effort into making sure I was a happy customer when I left the lot. And, they had the gall to place their dealership tag on my vehicle! I didn't leave the lot with that thing on my vehicle! I highly recommend driving the extra mile to go to a different dealership than this one!!! More

The sales team were so kind despite my dumb mistake and they called Ron Van de Kraats (the service manager) and he actually came in, found my car, took it through the car wash, and brought it to me. I also worked with Mike in the service department and a handful of others who were all phenomenal. I've never experienced this level of customer service dedication from a dealership and their employees. I am so appreciative of their help and for Ron, Mike, and the staff going the extra mile! More
