Kept walking the lot passing all the vehicles and I a we were looking for and I told him which ones we were interested in! He was so nice to start! Kept walking the lot passing all the vehicles and I asked him if we could stop and look at one! He asked if I was buying today and I said I was shopping today and he stated since I was not buying today he was NOT opening any vehicle for me and my husband to look at! My husband stated we were finished shopping here and they definitely lost a sale from us! He wanted a sale today but we were shopping, not buying today! Would not recommend this place and wish I got this guys name! He was awful! He also suggested we buy today and we could finance it ! Do not recommend this place! We are going to other dealerships outside of Murfreesboro to shop and buy! Very Unsatisfied customer… More
READ THIS BEFORE BUYING A Chevy CPO WITH LIFETIME WARRANTY FROM THIS DEALER! If I could give negative stars, then I would happily do so. This dealer has been a nightmare to work with every step of WARRANTY FROM THIS DEALER! If I could give negative stars, then I would happily do so. This dealer has been a nightmare to work with every step of the way no matter what repair is needed. The tout a "lifetime warranty on the drivetrain and powertrain" on all of their Chevy, but as soon as you bring it in for anything related to that warranty they make it as difficult as possible to make the repair. My truck has currently been sitting at the dealer for over 3 weeks (no loaner vehicle provided) and they have told me that it will still be there for more than a week longer. When you bring your car in for warranty covered repairs, they put you to the back of the line behind everyone else and are extremely lackadaisical with actually completing the repair. This is also the 2nd time that this has happened. My truck has been stuck at this dealer for 3+ weeks a time before as well. You have to blow up their phones just to get someone to answer your call and then once you do speak with someone, they won't even answer your question directly. They repeatedly will just deflect and not directly answer the question. This dealer will lie to you every step of the way and never tell you the truth. If management wants to discuss this with me, I will happily speak with them over the phone about it. More

The worst service I have ever received from a dealership in my life. I brought my truck in for service when the check engine light came on. They checked the truck and learned that the fuel pressure sensor w in my life. I brought my truck in for service when the check engine light came on. They checked the truck and learned that the fuel pressure sensor was bad. I explained to them that I had a top tear bumper to bumper warranty that covers me for a rental car while my truck is in for service and that I could not be without transportation. He scheduled me an an appointment for the next Friday. I arrived at the dealership at 8am and spoke with the service writer about my warranty coverage and issue with appointments and transportation while my truck was in for service. I even gave her a copy of my warranty papers for her to get my rental car going. She explained to that they would need to get a diagnosis before she could contact the warranty company for a rental. I told her that I would have to wait because I had no ride. She told me that it may take a while and that she would be in contact with me through a customer text system they had for service customers. I was able to call a friend and get a ride home. By early afternoon I texted my service writer for a update on my truck and transportation with no response back. I had to cancel my appointments for the day and reschedule doctors appointments. Around 4pm I called the dealership and asked for the service manager. I explained my situation and she apologized for their service writer not responding or communicating with me. The manager explained that they would need a diagnosis for my truck before they could get me a rental or transportation. I told her that they checked the computer on my truck and it told them my Fuel Pressure Sensor was bad and that they had a diagnosis. I told her that I could not go the whole weekend without transportation especially when I purchased a top tear expensive warranty that covers my rental while my truck was in for service. She told me that she would have the service writer call me. A little while later, my service writer (Cheryl) contacted me and told me that they still did not have the diagnosis and asked me to commit to paying for the labor to diagnose my trucks problem. I told her to contact the warranty company for anything bill related. She told me that she could not contact them until they knew what was wrong. I told her to just get my truck fixed and get me some transportation. By 6pm. I called to talk to my service writer about my transportation and they told me that she went home for the night. (Really???) The next morning, I got a ride to the dealership and spoke to the gentleman there and he told me that I would have to talk to my service writer about anything related to my service and that she would not be back until Monday. I explained to him that I needed transportation and he told me that they did have courtesy loaner cars for their GM Warranty customers only and that he could not help me. I explained to him that I purchased my warranty from my GM Dealership when I purchased my truck but he said it was not good enough to get a courtesy loaner. I went back home and contacted my vehicle warranty company and they told me that they needed a claim from the dealership and that it does not normally take this long to get a claim going. The weekend went by with no customer service at all from this dealership. Monday morning came and I had to hitch a ride to work from a co-worker. I contacted the dealership and spoke to my service writer who explained to me that they still had not had a diagnosis. By the late afternoon, I received a call from my service writer explaining that they had to take the fuel tank out of my truck and wanted me to commit to paying for more labor time. Tuesday morning still no word. Tuesday afternoon I received a call and she told me they found the problem and that I could pick my truck up that evening. I will never go to dealership again for anything service or sales related. (NEVER AGAIN!!!) More
I had an appointment set for 11am and it took over 2 hours for my car to get two simple routine services done. On top of the amount of time that it took, I had asked to get both of my headlights changed hours for my car to get two simple routine services done. On top of the amount of time that it took, I had asked to get both of my headlights changed and when I picked up my car, they told me they only did one because the other one wasn’t out even though I had asked for both to be changed. Lastly, I have called back to discuss this with someone and no one will return my phone calls More
The service was good. They were able to identify an issue that was still under warranty, which resulted in a huge cost savings They were able to identify an issue that was still under warranty, which resulted in a huge cost savings More
