I went in for an oil change today. ( 8-7-2020) Terrible experience. When I got there no employee were using face coverings. They did have a sign that said use social distance but that's not real easy when experience. When I got there no employee were using face coverings. They did have a sign that said use social distance but that's not real easy when the check in comes over and has to get your information. ( After I made an appointment). I decided that since the waiting room was crowded I would walk the lot until my car was finished. While I was walking another employee came to check if I needed help.( once again no face covering) After about 30 minutes I went back to the bay where the cars were kept and my car was finished. I got a phone call from the service department ( while I was standing 15 feet from my car) to tell me my service was complete. I said ok I am in the bay with the cars. She shad ok I called for you and no one came. I told her i wasn't sitting in the waiting room. She responded with how do you want to pay cash check or card. I was paying with my debt card so i told her that. Silence. "Do you want to pay over the phone?" . Well since I dont know where you are and I am standing near my car I guess that's what I will do I told her. Ok. I paid over the phone and met her at the car to get my receipt( which she brought with no face covering). I understand that not everyone agrees with the mask wearing but if you can see a customer wearing one then maybe as a professional business you should follow suit. More
