Dishonest and aggressive. They have created a nightmare with my lease buyout. The sales manager stated that I must come in to purchase their new vehicle or the deal was off. They could not provide interes with my lease buyout. The sales manager stated that I must come in to purchase their new vehicle or the deal was off. They could not provide interest rates or buy off costs to me. Turns out that they completed the lease turn in early to GM without my consent. I have had to spend countless hours on the phone with GMAC trying to reverse everything. The salesmen (Eric)was great, but the management is AWFUL. Stay away! I have been a life long GM owner and now will never purchase another FM so long as I live. More

NOT VERY FRIENDLY, NO COVID PRECAUTIONS, I have been searching for a used vehicle for a few months now. I have it narrowed down to 3 vehicles. I am older and have conditions that would make COVID really bad for me so the search is slow. This dealership had all 3 of the vehicles I am looking at prices that are in my budget. I have my own financing, I just need a car. As I am in my 60's I do not think I need a new car, just something used and reliable. I was wearing a mask and had to ask the salesman to put one on, Nobody else in the dealership was wearing one. I was told because of COVID I could only test drive 2. That was fine. I told him the 2 I wanted to drive. He went to get the first one. It looked nice we talked about it He gave me the key so I could drive and then went to get in the passenger side, I said oh no I need to drive alone as I have no immune system and need to social distance. He said it was not allowed so I said no thanks my health is more important to me. He then said he would ask the manager if I could and the manager said no. So I left and went to another dealer on my list and was able to test drive a vehicle alone. I have not found my car yet but I have it narrowed down. Whatever I get will not be from this dealership. I get that a lot of people do not believe in the COVID or the wearing of masks. Some of us do not have the option of taking this disease lightly. I think if a customer comes in wearing a mask it would be nice for the salesman to put one on also. More
