We ended up purchasing a 2018 suburban from Chevy 112, My wife and I traded in our 2014 Pathfinder for a larger vehicle needed for our family of 5. We ended up purchasing a 2018 suburban from Chevy 112, it was probably the best vehicle purchasing experience we have ever had, our sales rep Tricia Lipareli guided us through the purchase with zero pressure. The end result was the rite vehicle for us and at a price we were equally comfortable with. No surprise fees and the final financed amount came in a few dollars less than expected. As I told Tricia, I have never felt compelled to write a review on a car purchase. I highly recommend Chevy 112 and Tricia Lipareli in sales. More

They don’t give a xxxx! I took in my 2015 Silverado lease,so they can Inspect all for rims on why they are flaking on different spots,they don’t know why,they said to either I took in my 2015 Silverado lease,so they can Inspect all for rims on why they are flaking on different spots,they don’t know why,they said to either buy new rims or have them repolished,I bet that if there truck was bought or leased there they would find a way to fix it! My lease is up very soon and it looks like I’m done with Chevy! More

not quite what I hoped for Wanted to buy a 2017 Colorado. Kevin, the salesman, found what I was looking for in Connecticut. That was a Friday. I paid $500 down. I wanted OnS Wanted to buy a 2017 Colorado. Kevin, the salesman, found what I was looking for in Connecticut. That was a Friday. I paid $500 down. I wanted OnStar and he said that it could not be installed after market - hence the Colorado in Connecticut. I waited to hear from Kevin on Monday. I finally called him, He said the Colorado in Conn. was not available. He said they had a 2018 model on the lot and they could install OnStar for me (what? Friday it couldn't be). I said that I was no longer interested and that I wanted my $500 deposit back. My check cleared my bank the next day, Tuesday. I was never told what the policy was, nor was I told the check had already been cashed. I complained and was told I had to wait 10 business days unless I produced a copy of the cancelled check. This adventure began on September 29. It is now October 9. I sent a copy of the cancelled check on October 4.and still have not received a refund. It would have been nice if someone explained that to me. In addition, the prices they quoted for running boards and a tow hitch were higher than what I paid at another dealer where I bought the Colorado I wanted. More
