Imagine buying a 2020 Chevy Camaro convertible and it breaking down after 11,000 miles. Brought it to Chevy 112 after a week of it sitting in my driveway undrivable because they had no appointments. The breaking down after 11,000 miles. Brought it to Chevy 112 after a week of it sitting in my driveway undrivable because they had no appointments. The check engine light is on and there’s transmission trouble but no one can make a decision because the service manager is out on leave so it sits there for another week and a half. Then a week later they say they fix it and I drive it out of the lot and it breaks down. Metal all in the transmission and the light is on again but they refused to replace the transmission. A week later they say it’s fixed again! And now they’re arguing about compensating me for my monthly payment for the brand new car that I haven’t had for the last five weeks of summer! Poor communication all around. Terrible. Let’s see if it breaks down again after I drive it off the lot… More
While our sales experience was great, not the same can be said for the service department... December of 2020 we brought our 2019 vehicle in to have a leak addressed in the back sliding window which en be said for the service department... December of 2020 we brought our 2019 vehicle in to have a leak addressed in the back sliding window which ended up not being fixed properly and we had to bring it back. While it was in their care, parked in their parking lot, someone smashed into the driver's side (it was hit bad enough that the door had to be replaced and the side had to be painted). They had our vehicle that did not have a scratch, ding or dent on it and only 7k miles on it when we dropped it off, for over a month thanks to someone's stupidity. The only good thing about this was Kristen who went above and beyond to make sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. Flash forward to today, there is an air conditioning leak and when I made the appointment for 8 am I was told I would be in and out in less than 1 hour. Low and behold it was longer than 1 hour. Don't tell a customer (who btw has sent many people to this business to buy a vehicle) a wait time and then not have it done within that time frame. I feel the Service Dept is managed and run very poorly and as I have sat here now and back in December, I have heard many people say the same.. More

Horrible. I made an 8am appointment for my wife's car. When making the appointment I asked if I would be permitted to wait inside. I was told yes, 6 people can wait inside and that's why we ask you about When making the appointment I asked if I would be permitted to wait inside. I was told yes, 6 people can wait inside and that's why we ask you about waiting when we schedule our appointments. Needless to say, I waited 20 minutes just to get inside for my appointment and was told that nobody is allowed to wait inside. It is cold and raining as I stand here freezing. I will never be back since they don't keep their appointments and they lied about the waiting policy when scheduling the appointment. I have had my Chevy serviced at another dealer recently. Waiting inside is permitted with masks and social distancing. More
Terrible. Terrible .........and terrible. Avoid. Not that there are any good dealerships on Long Island that aren’t filled with the typical xxxx sales force but this seems to be the xxxx beneath t Not that there are any good dealerships on Long Island that aren’t filled with the typical xxxx sales force but this seems to be the xxxx beneath the xxxx. Typical sales tricks that are transparent and work on unsuspecting buyers. Example: Taking the Chevy incentives money off and acting like they did you a failure. I ordered accessories for my truck that should have been on the truck but was not when I paid for then drove the truck off the lot. They said they would call me when they came in. Still waiting over a month for that call. When I called back got transferred to parts, then service, then an “accessory specialist”. Then to the original salesmen voice mail. Still waiting. More
