Spent 32000 dollars on a used truck and they didn't even have the decency to put a set of front tires on it that need to be replaced and they couldn't even clean the dirt from under it and inside of it even have the decency to put a set of front tires on it that need to be replaced and they couldn't even clean the dirt from under it and inside of it. I wouldn't even buy a set of valve caps from this place. And after trying to bring these issues to the light no one that works there wants to help me. Not to mention their is more rust under this new truck that is a 2012 than there was on my 1998 More

After viewing an ad for a car on Craigslist and checking their website to confirm it was still in stock, I drove 30 miles out to Medford to see the vehicle. I informed my salesman, Danny, which car I was interested in and he set off to find the keys. After 10 minutes of hunting, Danny returned to inform me regretfully that the car had been sold - in between the posting of the ad that morning and when I arrived that evening - but that it could possibly still be available if the buyer's credit was not adequate. Though disappointed and curious as to why they would let a customer drive away with a car without finalizing the purchase, I left my name and number in case the situation changed. The next day, Danny called me twice around noon and left a voicemail informing me that the car was back up for sale. Learning from my past mistakes, I called up first to let him know I was returning to the dealership at 3:00pm, and he told me to come on down. Upon my arrival, Danny came out to meet me and asked if I had received his other phone call. Apparently, he had called at 3:20pm (20 miles into my 30 mile trip) to inform me that the car had ONCE AGAIN been sold and not to bother coming. Fed up with wasting my time and gas, I asked him how he had not known that before telling me to come back out and he brought me to a sales manager (who I believe was Todd, the used car manager). This manager told me that the car had been sold about 2 hours ago, which was interesting considering my salesman told me less than a half hour ago to come take a look at it. Following this exchange, he redirected me to another building next door. I spoke with the indifferent internet sales manager Chuck at the other building, who offered a bland and rehearsed apology and little else. He explained the obvious fact that the car was no longer available while blaming the total lack of communication on the fact that the three buildings each had their own inventory. If that really is the case, I don't understand why Chevrolet 112 answers calls for the other buildings and invites customers to purchase cars that they are unable to keep track of. At this point, I walked out of his office because there was clearly no hope of getting a rational explanation. Danny, my salesman, came out to my car before I left to personally apologize, though the point stands that this dealership has no problem wasting the time and money of prospective customers. Avoid this miserable excuse for a business at all costs. More
This dealership did body damage to our car while doing routine maintenance and an inspection. From the moment we reported the damage they have denied everything without even looking at the car. We hav routine maintenance and an inspection. From the moment we reported the damage they have denied everything without even looking at the car. We have 4 GM vehicles and have used them for several years. They've lost our business. We met two of their service managers in small claims court in January. The court asked us to try to work it out in the hallway before going to mediation. They were rude and aggressive from the get go. They wanted to go to trial immediately (which is not their choice, they are the defendants). We said we wanted to go to mediation. At mediation the female twisted everything we had said in the hallway. The mediator asked my husband and I to leave the room and tried to encourage them to make us an offer. They refused. We agreed to go to trial but got an adjournment because we only had one estimate for the repair. (The court requires two.) We eventually dropped it because everyone we asked said that we could not win because I signed that the car was okay (I hadn’t seen it) when I picked it up. Lesson learned. Don’t deal with them; they have no integrity. More
