I took my truck in, because my engine light was lite on Tuesday. They said they would not get to run the diagnostics it that day. No problem, I told them I would bring it in Wednesday at 07:30. Which I did Tuesday. They said they would not get to run the diagnostics it that day. No problem, I told them I would bring it in Wednesday at 07:30. Which I did. I've called multiple time - they could not get to it until Thursday, then Friday . On Friday I was told some mechanics were coming in on Saturday- but the service rep. did not know what they would be working on. It's now Monday - this is day six that my truck has been in the shop. I was just told maybe - tomorrow. During this time I've been told I can not get a loaner vehicle from them. They don't do this any more. I've been told this six times. Three times I've been told I would be contacted - once was before the end of the day on Friday, to update me on the status of the test- NEVER has anyone attempted to call me - I've initiated all phone calls. I want to stress, that I am not talking about getting my truck fixed.... This is the time it takes to run diagnostics. So PERHAPS after 6-7 Days someone can run a diagnostic test. AMAZING. Any thoughts on how many weeks it will take to actually fix the Truck? More

My husband and I have purchased 6 vehicles from Chestatee Ford. The sales department is always wonderful and easy to purchase from. The service department on the other hand is a different story. I purchased a new 2019 Expedition that now only has 18k miles on it. It is headed back to the service department for the 3rd time with a power train malfunction that has failed yet to be fixed. I called the owner of the dealership but he hasn’t answered a single time that I’ve called. I left a message and have failed yet to hear back from him either. I wouldn’t recommend their service department at all. This vehicle is entirely too expensive to have this type of issue and not be corrected. More
Service Experience Bought my F-150 here from Todd and then brought it in to be serviced for a few issues shortly after.. Patrick is the service manager and he took great care of me, was extremely understanding and professional about the warranty coverages, got me in and out quickly and provided me with a very nice loaner truck while they worked on mine. I have owned three F-150’s over the years and this is the best Ford experience I have had by far! Highly recommend Chestatee Ford. More
Missing emissions part I noticed a missing hose on my nearly new (3500 miles) 2017 Ford Flex. I did purchase it from another dealer, as Chesatee could not find a vehicle t I noticed a missing hose on my nearly new (3500 miles) 2017 Ford Flex. I did purchase it from another dealer, as Chesatee could not find a vehicle that met my requirements. I was told that "someone" had probably removed the hose. Said I should go back to the dealer from which I purchased the vehicle, which I have done. I do understand the Ford dealer model, and that Chesatee cannot be responsible for another dealer's issue. However, I was a not given any options, nor did the service department even look at the vehicle or give me a quote for replacing the hose. The parts department should get 5 stars for helping. I did not get the feeling that there was any interest in my continuing service business, I have not even reached the first oil change service. I will revise this review as time progresses but it is difficult to change my first impression of a less than interested service department. More

Trust renewed I recently purchased a car from Chestatee Ford. It was the first car that I have purchased from a dealer in over 15 years, why so long? Trust! I had a I recently purchased a car from Chestatee Ford. It was the first car that I have purchased from a dealer in over 15 years, why so long? Trust! I had a couple experiences with dealerships that made me turn to saving money and buying cars with cash, Period! So I found the model car i wanted, a Nissan that they happened to have in their inventory. I was skeptical to say the least but I went with the mindset of lets just see what happens. I went with a price range in mind which i was not willing to exceed. When I got there I met Connie, a sales associate. She was understanding of my price range and concerns with buying a car. Well to say the least she put me at ease, temporarily; I was waiting for things to turn bad. I thought no way are they going to get me in this great car for my asking price. 10 or 15 minutes past and they surprised with not only meeting my price but including a warranty as well. I couldn't believe it and I was waiting for the catch. I read over the paperwork carefully and again to my surprise, I was perfectly ok with everything. I got the car I wanted in the price range I gave them and I was excited. Here comes the part that got me thinking, oh no, here we go again. On the way home, my fan stopped working. My fog lights would not turn on and I felt a shake at higher speeds that I didn't feel during my test drive,. There was also a tire pressure light fail sensor that turned on. I thought to myself, I knew it was to good to be true. I called Connie and told her the issues the car had and to my disbelief she said that I should bring the car back so they could look at it. Well, they proved me wrong again by fixing everything but the pesky Tire pressure fail sensor. To their defense they thought they fixed it but it continues which is ok because I have a warranty. They fixed everything else without charging me a penny and without the warranty. They took it all on them and gave me a nice car to drive while mine was fixed. They did everything right and restored a faith in dealerships that I had lost for so many years. I will always remember what everyone at Chestatatee Ford did for me and I will recommend them to everyone I know as well as buy my future cars from them. Went there for an oil change and water seperator cleaning,after an hour and and a half and making 1 stop vehicle would not crank easily.Manager tried to say 100000 miles on a diesel engine was the " cleaning,after an hour and and a half and making 1 stop vehicle would not crank easily.Manager tried to say 100000 miles on a diesel engine was the "new" problem with the vehicle not cranking properly.All he was responsible for was the oil change.Keep in mind that upon leaving the first time I was told of how many 32nd of tread remained and for 330 dollars I could have an upgrade on my fuel system diagnostics and they had also changed my battery terminal.Long story short....I went there for an oil change and left there with a cranking problem,Manager said they were only responsible for oil change More
