Rick met us at the truck, introduced himself and we discussed and looked over the vehicle. It was as advertised. We had our trade in truck looked over by the tech's. We discussed prices and said we would call back with a decision in a day or so. Zero pressure to buy! Called Rick back later and said we would buy the truck if a new set of tires were included on the truck. Rick said no problem. Deal consumated 3 days later. Excellent service without any pressure. In all the years that I have purchased and leased vehicles I have never had such a good experience. Everything went smoothly.....with no hours of back and forth....and the usual bantering. I felt that they listened to what we wanted to pay.....and that they wanted us to be pleased when we drove a new car off their lot... Paperwork was handled very well.
