I have always shopped around for the vehicle I wanted to get the best deal so I have experienced most of the sales tactics used in the competitive automobile sales business. We did not feel the pressured into making the purchase. We described our needs and asked a lot of questions that were answered promptly and honestly. We were given a fair price for the Acadia we selected and make a reasonable counter-offer which was accepted. When we finalized the paper work the next day we were credited with another rebate we didn't even know existed. When we picked up the Acadia the next day Mike very patiently went through all the features of the new vehicle showing us how everything worked. He followed up with a couple of phone calls to see if we had any problems or questions. When we had questions about the functioning of the heater/AC system he came to our house to show us how it worked. Two months ago I was shopping for a new truck, I compared several dealerships and other online sources and was having trouble finding exactly what I wanted.
