Customer service ENDED when they got their money. They didn't fulfill their end of the deal and WOULD NOT keep their word. After several email ATTEMPTS to communicate with the OWNER and sales staff, my em didn't fulfill their end of the deal and WOULD NOT keep their word. After several email ATTEMPTS to communicate with the OWNER and sales staff, my emails were not returned. Sad when the OWNER doesn't care enough to email HIS CUSTOMERS!! Spend your hard earned money somewhere where you are treated with respect.......NOT CHESROWN!!!! More
Recently, I purchased a new 2011 GMC Acadia AWD from the dealership listed above. The experience was great, but please allow me to explain how we arrived at this dealership. My wife and I started looking for new vehicles as our lease on a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee was coming to an end. My wife and I have a family member that is employed by Chrysler, so pricing was definitely was going to be better for us. (So we thought)After making contact with several Chrysler dealerships, we were greatly disappointed in the pricing they were giving us, even with employee pricing. We left the dealerships in disgust and decided we would go to a GM dealership and renew our search. We went to Chesrown GMC in Delaware, Ohio and decided we would look at a Buick and GMC Acadia. It was late in the afternoon and we were greeted by Mike Dunaway. We told him what we were looking for and my wife and I ended up looking at a Buick Regal. What we failed to realize at the time was the dealership was closing for the evening. However, Mr. Dunaway was eager to show us a vehicle. He was very polite and kind to us as well as to our two five-year-old girls. We made arrangements to return to the dealership later in the week and test drive a Buick Regal and GMC Acadia. About a week later we returned to the dealership. Mr. Dunaway allowed us to test drive a Buick Regal and GMC Acadia. We really liked the GMC Acadia, so I told Mr. Dunaway what I wanted as far as options and asked if he could find one since the dealership did not have a model with options that I wanted. A few days later, Mr. Dunaway contacted me and indicated he found a GMC Acadia with the options I wanted. He presented me with the total cost of the vehicle which included rebates. Based upon those figures, my wife and I decided we would purchase the GMC Acadia AWD. On the day we purchased the vehicle, everything went very smoothly as I expected and my wife and I drove home in a 2011 GMC Acadia. I had several bad experiences with Chrysler Dealerships and their inability to meet the needs of our family in what vehicle we wanted. Thankfully, we met Mr. Dunaway and he made the entire process very simple and stress-free. Even my girls were happy after Mr. Dunaway provided them with popcorn and cookies! More
I have never been treated so well, with the upmost respect and courtesy. I will be a life long customer as well as recommend it to everyone looking for vehicles used/ new. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Dick Norris and he helped me right away, the process was smooth and he treated me like family. I really liked sitting with him, he took his time and responded to all my questions. He is excellent at customer service. What really got me was many of the salesmen came into his desk area and aknowledged me and even joked around. I thought it was so great, they made me feel like I mattered and I was not just another number. Mr. Gill even introduced himself which I thought was superior. Most dealerships I have visited either attacked me out in the lot and di not give me space or acted like I was not there. Chesrown is amazing!! More
I recently purchased a 2011 Buick Regal Turbo. The dealership had many models to chose from and the salesperson was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. THe Service department has convenient hours and fair rates. Signing the paperwork was a breeze. My overall experience with Chesrown and Donnie was an excellent one. Donnie even went out of his way to offer special treatment after the sale by coming to my home and helping me install an in-dash radar detector. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new Buick. More
This was the most stress free car shopping/buying experience I have ever had. The sales person, Brad, was great and never pressured me in any way. I was looking for a vehicle to replace my SUV that was better on gas mileage and a overall better car. I had gone to one other dealership and they could not work out anything with the loan I had on my ot better on gas mileage and a overall better car. I decided to put in an online credit application with Chesrown and was immediately called back the next day. I wasn't looking for a brand new vehicle but was approved for one- the Malibu was exactly what I had in mind. I was very pleased with how smooth everything went and how they were not pushy at all. I will go back to Chesrown for my next vehicle and recommend them to any one. More

Mr. Bowers was very knowledgeable and helped us get everything and more in our purchase at the price and financing we were looking for. He even went so far as to watch and amuse our 17 month old son everything and more in our purchase at the price and financing we were looking for. He even went so far as to watch and amuse our 17 month old son, so my wife and I could finish paperwork for the financing of the vehicle. What started out as a mere visit so my wife could test drive the Traverse to see if she'd be comfortable driving it, turned into 6 or 7 hr day that concluded with us driving away with our first brand new vehicle. Initially, I worked with Tom Stephens; at that time, it did not appear that we could come to terms on a replacement vehicle for my older car. The final proposal was a 39-month lease that was very slightly more than my present payments, as well as paying off the existing note on my car. More
