The reasons I was so pleased are: I had requested a quote by email and they were so kind to get back to me right away. I explained what options I wanted and they found the car with those options, which happe by email and they were so kind to get back to me right away. Very good overall buying experience. No pressure, worked to meet my needs, very accomodating. I was disappointed with my trade value as it was $1200 less than quoted just a few weeks ago.
