I got a used 2016 Nissan Altima SL with about 46,000 miles on June 14, 2024. I saw a car online on their website and I put in an application for credit not thinking I would be approved. I was approved and went to the dealership where I was met by Ron. The car I wanted was waiting for me and Ron showed me the car and I looked around the car and it was beautiful. There were some very small nicks and a scratch but otherwise was in great condition. I am the type of person who asks a lot of questions, maybe too many lol. Ron answered what I needed to know. Ron has many awards on his desk, and I can see why. He is professional, good natured and does a great job selling you a car. My ex-wife came in to sign off on the car I traded in because she was co-owner and Ron treated her with respect. I got the Altima on my own with no cosigner. I met with Jim Helm from finance, and he was very polite and explained everything I signed and told me about the options I can buy but for me it was too expensive, so I just bought a warranty for the engine for 3 years. It takes a while for all the paperwork to be signed and explained so be patient. This is at every dealership. I wish everything can be done on the computer. It would save a lot of trees. If you are looking for a car, either used or new, I recommend Ron at Cherry Hill Nissan. Tell him you saw my review. More
I wonder if the General Manager of Cherry Hill Nissan makes all the employees of the dealership take a kindness pill every morning. All the employees that I interacted with were exceptionally helpful and kind, particularly Dennis Webb in service and Tony in parts... I suppose they must be taking two pills every morning! More
If I could give the service department here zero stars, I would. I leased a 2019 Pathfinder here in 2019 and then bought the car when the lease was over. I had the car in for service last May (assuming I was getting an oil change) however, they did everything but….I just recently took the car for another oil change 7 weeks ago. The car is only 4 years old and has a total of 35k miles on it. It started smoking out of the tail pipe a few weeks back when starting the car, so I decided to take it to Cherry Hill Nissan service. They told me I need a new engine at 17k! No mention of the fact that my car has a 5year/60k power train warranty on it. I spoke to a friend who is a manager at another area dealership and he alerted me to the fact. When I called back, they said it was neglect on my part and it wasn’t covered! I tried to explain that I thought I was getting an oil change last May and he wouldn’t even acknowledge or escalate me to the service manager. All of that being said, even if I had gone a few thousand miles over, an engine should NOT be shot after only 35k miles on a four year old car!! The disappointing thing in all of this is the complete unprofessional manner within the service department with no calls back from the manager and that on the original call they were trying to even hide the fact that the engine had this warranty, but it wasn’t covered by X, Y, Z. They just wanted to see if they could get the 17k out of me. Things like this is what gives the car business a bad name!! More

This dealer should be called Shady Hill, because that’s what they are from the start. When you clearly ask if you are speaking to a salesperson and they straight up lie to you, that’s a red flag!! Dropped car off to Jeff the night before for oil change, USB port not working, noises in steering and suspension and check engine lite is on . I get a call at 2 pm asking a follow up question about USB port. Then don't hear back. I call at 4:45 and they say it's done. Really???? No call no thing explaining what was done. I ask to speak to Jeff and he says the following. "Oil change done. Check engine lite on for a code that is old. If it comes back on then we will replace a part. USB port, hmm looks like another Nissan replaced the radio so we are not going to fix another dealerships repair. In regards to the noise it needs a strut but there is other damage under the car so we are not covering it". Then precedes to charge me $100 cause it's "not under warranty". I asked to speak to the service manager Bob and he didn't return my call. Even to Jeff's own admission the Altima sits very low to the ground. So yes the plastic is broke from hitting driveways. I am not worried about that. But the strut should not be bad. And oh yeah in my paper work it claims the noise to "be from jumping car". Haha. I'm a 50 year old guy. Come on. Really???? Oh yeah and the mileage in is the same as the mileage out so not doesn't even look like they test drove the car. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. Find another dealer to service your car And 12 hours later the check engine lite came back on More
