Last week I leased my third XKR since 2003 from Cherry Hill, the previous two were from other dealers. My experience was very good, friendly and professional. In addition, they spent time with me introducing me to some XKR options and through their expertise/ coaching I ended up getting the XKR Portfolio, what a machine. I would not think twice about recommending them to anyone in getting a full Jag experience and will definitely be getting my next XKR there. More
Preston was not pushy, He was not the typical sales man. He was courteous and took his time to explain the car and the payments to us. I called in the morning and mentioned I had a brake light out. I was told I could bring the car to the dealership and have it fixed right away. Not only did they take care of the light issue, they were able out. I was told I could bring the car to the dealership and have it fixed right away. It was quick reliable service and the car was returned in very clean condition. This excellent service experience is typical of Cherry Hill Classic Cars. More
i went here to read the check engine light. charged me 135.00$$. I was not inform that they were doing the whole check up for the whole CAR and not only the check engine light. i ended up paying for this 135.00$$. Had to replace a tire that was damaged. The individual in parts (unfortunately I don't know his name) was very helpful and ensured that the tire I needed was in stock. When I contacted the service repres in parts (unfortunately I don't know his name) was very helpful and ensured that the tire I needed was in stock. When I contacted the service representative, Loraine, she was also very helpful and coordinated my service so that my problem was resolved quickly when I arrived at the dealership. I was thankful for that because it was getting late in the day and I needed my car to finish some important errands. They took a tough situation for me and made it a positive experience, at least as best as they could under the circumstances. More
It’s a great place to purchase a vehicle and have it serviced. I feel they are honest and that makes me comfortable going there. I have never visited the Jaguar dealership and only admired from afar being born and growing up in Cherry Hill. I have driven many well brand cars from the BMW 7 Series and Lexus LS lineup for the pa admired from afar being born and growing up in Cherry Hill. I have driven many well brand cars from the BMW 7 Series and Lexus LS lineup for the past many many years. I never thought about a Jaguar. I must say the car itself draws you in but the staff keeps you feeling like your with a high quality organization. I am thrilled to be a Jaguar owner and think this could be my new found love. Jean Hall is a fabulous woman and I am very fond of the relationship we created in a matter of hours. After purchasing the car and obtaining the keys to drive home I had to reach over and hug her. I look forward to this new established relationship. I will be sure to pass this experience to all my friends and family. Thanks for being a great dealership and glad you are local to my home. More
