Had a problem with the driver side door on my XK8, making a popping noise when opening and closing. Took it to a body shop and was told it was a latch mechanism. Went to the service dept. and spoke to Loraine, who called a mechanic right away to evaluate the problem. After looking at the door and tightening a couple of nuts on the hinge I was on my way in about 15min.I have been dealing with C/H Classic cars now for my last three Jaguars and I am extremely happy with the entire team. I just traded my Nissan GT-R for a brand new F-Type V8 S at this dealership. I had been shopping all month at the following dealerships: Madison Jaguar, Manhattan Jaguar, Great Neck Jaguar, Jaguar of Westc at this dealership. I had been shopping all month at the following dealerships: Madison Jaguar, Manhattan Jaguar, Great Neck Jaguar, Jaguar of Westchester. I didn't even bother with Ray Catena becuase they are so bad. All of those dealers were disorganized and sloppy. When you are shopping cars like this you would expect a little better service and negotiation. Cherry Hill provided the best negotiation, price and service; which is why they earned my money. Not to mention one of the smoothest transactions I have ever experienced with no pushy finance transaction (paint protection, extended warranty, etc.) I highly recommend you watch this dealers videos on YouTube and then stop by to make a deal. But only go if you are ready to buy, this dealership is so good I would hate to see customers waste there time: A++++++++. More

I came across a gorgeous, low mileage '07 DB9 Volante that CHCC was listing on AutoTrader, so I called to see if it was still in stock. I spoke with Oleg Myskiw who was courteous, friendly and didn't st that CHCC was listing on AutoTrader, so I called to see if it was still in stock. I spoke with Oleg Myskiw who was courteous, friendly and didn't start up with any of that high-pressure BS that immediately turns me off. When we couldn't work out a date/time that was convenient for us both (since I live quite a distance from the dealership), Oleg offered to take the car and meet me half way so I could take a test drive, he could look at my Porsche (which I was considering as a trade) and save me a few hours of travel. After the drive, we easily negotiated a great price for the car (the original listing already represented an excellent value). Oleg then took both me and my mother out for lunch. Going forward, we handled the whole transaction by phone and e-mail, from the trade-in on my 911 (CHCC gave me a good value, especially considering it's a dealership) to the financing. I never once visited the showroom and Oleg really worked to make everything go smoothly Oleg again met me half way and delivery was the smoothest process I've ever experienced buying a car. I'd 100% recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
