Just notified they are no longer a Jag dealership so the 2021 I purchased for over $40,000 in May with an extended warranty is now a joke to them. On 7/27, I called Jaguar and set up an appointment for repair and a loaner car. They said to call Jaguar roadside assistance to set up a tow, which I did. I spoke with the tow truck driver around 4p on 7/27 and he was on his way to pick up the car and take it to Jaguar. This morning, 7/28, I received a call from Jaguar, that because of company policy they don't work on cars older than 10 yrs. They said that the person I spoke with was new and should not have set up the appt. So I was out $150 for the tow. I spoke with a few people about the situation and they would not do anything for me. Then about an hour later, I find out that my car wasn't even there. The tow was canceled! So even though I purchased my car from this dealer, I definitely will not be looking to purchase another car from them. More
I have no idea how this place is considered a legitimate business. I scheduled an appointment to have my car looked at for a minor scraping sound coming from the front. The service representative neglected to inform me that it's a 250$ fee (pre taxes)literally just for the car to be looked at/see what's wrong with it. She told me this upon my arrival which makes it seem deliberate, full well knowing that when you arrive with an issue with your car you will be hesitant to drive it again to somewhere else. This is a disgusting practice and should be brought to the attention of corporate or someone very high up in the company, it is not only a disgrace to the company but it gives it a bad reputation as well. The 250$ is non-refundable and is not voided whether you decide to have the car worked on or not. On top of this, a loaner car wasn't even available. So you have to pay 250$ to drop your car off and they can't guarantee a loaner unless you wait another week until one is available. On the phone I was also guaranteed that the car would be looked at that day if I had an appointment, once again upon arrival this was an issue. The service rep told me they would probably get to it that day but there was no guarantee. Well they did get to it, it turns out the car needs front brake pads. The service rep was insistent that the car required a rotor as well even though I had the rotors looked at recently, I fully knew of the brake pads but the rotor being brought to attention is nothing more than prying for as much money as possible, once again disgusting. I told them I would take the car somewhere else because the estimate for two brake pads would be over 700$, not including the 250$ fee. So it would have been over 1000$ for two front brake pads. I was obviously irate when I was informed that the now with taxes 278.40$ fee was truly non-negotiable, I paid after asking to speak to a manager about this, which they were very hesitant to give a name. Instead, the front desk woman called the service rep who told me that I signed the contract and it was non-negotiable. After paying and reviewing the invoice I saw what a 278.40$ inspection is at Jaguar Cherry Hill. The invoice states that they test drove the vehicle, heard the noise, inspected the suspension and undertrays, the removed the wheels. After that they noticed that the brake pad was worn. That is the extent of a 278.40$ inspection at Jaguar Cherry Hill. I have taken my car the Jaguar dealerships in South Carolina and Florida, both which have dealerships much nicer and far less "shady" if you will. In fact, they even offered loaner cars and charged ALMOST HALF of what Cherry Hill charges to check the car. And what's worse is that those dealerships will WAIVE THE FEE if the work needed on the car is followed through with. What gives Jaguar Cherry Hill the right to charge almost double what other dealerships charge, and make it non-refundable and non-waivable? They can't even offer a loaner car, let alone provide informative and professional service. This is not just the most crooked and shady "dealership" I've ever been to in my life, but mechanic as well. I would trust taking my car to an unknown mechanic down the street in a heartbeat before even considering taking a car to this place ever again. What they do is malicious and planned out, prying on individuals who are in an unfortunate situation, specifically by leaving out what is clearly crucial information and even lying to their customers. This location is a scam and if you take your car their or do business with them I feel sorry for you, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT do business with these people. It is the slimiest "business" I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with in my entire life. It takes a lot for me to want to write a review, good or bad, but this was needed. Take this as a warning, they will lie to you, they will scam you, they do not care about you or anything that is morally correct. P.S. Half of their staff weren't wearing masks. So if your health is important to you and you take the pandemic seriously, avoid for that as well. More
My boyfriend and I made an appointment on the phone with this dealership due to a noise coming from the front end of our car. Unfortunately our service representative, Lorraine, blindsided us with this fact after we had already gotten there. We didn't want to put any more stress on the car by driving it again so we were pretty much trapped into letting them move forward. I find this to be an extremely dishonest practice and downright disgusting. When my boyfriend asked if the fee would be waived if we got our car worked on by them (as many dealerships we've been to will do) Lorraine's demeanor and attitude got quite nasty. I understand customer service jobs aren't easy or fun, but there's no reason in the world to treat people like garbage over a simple question. When we asked if the car would be looked at the same day, she told us there was no guarantee and they'd try to get around to it. At the time of scheduling, we were told that with an appointment our car would be inspected that same day. Luckily, they did "get around" to diagnosing it. Of course they piled on tons of unnecessary fixes in an attempt to get as much money as they possibly could out of us. Lorraine called us later in the afternoon to tell us our main problem and the source of the sound was worn brake pads. Barely any work went into diagnosing the issue, 20 minutes tops. When picking it up, my boyfriend tried speaking to a manager about how ridiculous the price was, especially considering it wasn't even a full diagnostic. More
I took my Jag in for service covered under my extended warranty. Lorraine my tech was pleasant and professional from beginning to end. I received a comfortable loaner vehicle then received my Serviced Car warranty. Lorraine my tech was pleasant and professional from beginning to end. Brought a extended bumper to bumper warranty (so I was told) from them for $5000 for my Range Rover and brought the car in for service on several occasions for the same problem that they obviously won’t o told) from them for $5000 for my Range Rover and brought the car in for service on several occasions for the same problem that they obviously won’t or can’t fix (had the same issue with my jaguar at this location too). Not to mention my most recent visit 12/28/19 I brought it in again for the same thing and also a check engine light only to be told my $5000 bumper to bumper warranty doesn’t cover a pcv valve which is located on the engine. After going back and forth they claim they will fix it. They called and said it’s been repaired and ready for pick up, about halfway home the check engine light came on again. I will never ever buy any warranty’s or vehicle’s from them. I will definitely send a email to Land Rover / Jaguar headquarters. Word of advice STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!! More

When I returned to pick up my car it was damaged on the passage front where my door was off track. I did have a dent on the door before, but my door was never off track. I know this because I took picture when the dent happened. I asked to speak to the tech that fixed my car, but was told " he did not do it" Then was approached by a sale person he can put me in a "newer car" how disrespectful. I called back to speak with the manager but no help there. I call back and was told to speak to Michael Morris and then was told to speak with Jared and once again no help. I work hard for my property and to be treated with such disrespect is unacceptable. I know my car inside and out I detail my cars and I'm O.C.D. with it! I now and have proof of how I drop my car off to this dealership. Don't take your car to this place there service is the worst!! More

The car had a service sticker on it from Jaguar of Monmouth even though CHJ had serviced the car several times since October 2017. The CarFax also said there was an airbag recall on the car in January 2018 and they hadn't done anything about that ... and were letting potential customers drive the vehicle without the repair! Having expressed my issues I asked if I could keep the offer sheet and CarFax, the sales manager's response was no to the offer sheet (which he'd gone to great lengths to explain why he wouldn't negotiate on price and that all of the pricing was readily available on the web) but said okay to the car listing and the CarFax. I spoke to the salesman and then turned to leave and the manager had taken all of the paperwork. We'll never deal with this dealer. More
