DO NOT STAND BEHIND THE DAMAGE CARS THEY SELL ! I purchased a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee which in the first week was found to need front struts as well as it having a transmission problem. They bought I purchased a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee which in the first week was found to need front struts as well as it having a transmission problem. They bought me the struts and told me to put them on. Then the transmission locked up I could not accelerate at all. When I went back I was treated rudely as if they could care less. They took it for a test drive and got stuck themselves. They called a transmission repair shop from the Jeep after getting stuck. All was caught and recorded on camera. THEY DID NOTHING but block my calls ! I had to block my number to get through. This was my second and last purchase from this used car dealer. The first a 2007 Honda Accord lasted almost 2 1/2 years then the transmission failed. Right off the lot I found that it needed 6 motor mounts. Not a problem ........ BBB will be contacted them shortly. Oh and by the way calling a customer a "whack job" is not acceptable !. Especially when its being recorded.
