Cherokee County Nissan - Service Center

I was very pleased with how I was welcomed and taken care of in the Service Center. I just did not understood that there was a recall on the car (no notifications was received), not was I made aware that I w of in the Service Center. I do understand the necessity of it, but I was effectively stranded there. Had I known, I would have arranged something else. Besides that my experience was impeccable.
