My car notified me for oil change one week after it was supposedly done. Also- I asked the service manager to check my windshield wiper because fluid wasn’t coming out of it. He said no problem. The windshield wiper still doesn’t deposit fluid onto my windshield. Nothing was done. And on top of that- no car wash. I’m starting to think that no maintained was completed at all. Recently had rear shock replaced that was leaking, that was not the issue. I was hoping that maybe it was the tie rod and if not, hoped that I would at least be told the issue. That did not happen either. However, I was given a lengthy list of other repairs and regular maintenance items to approve/deny. More
