I went in to have them check on an oil leak. Everyone was very nice and all went well; however, the oil leak wasn't fixed. I have been loyal to Cherokee Nissan since it opened. It is always a pleasant experience. They are mostly right on time with the time estimate they provide. Love that my car is returned all washed!! My rep was particularly nice and watched the time for me.
