New battery install. Tech did not function check all impacted accessories. One missing check was the driver’s side auto up window switch operation, which worked prior t Tech did not function check all impacted accessories. I had to reprogram the window switch without having coverage in the owner manual for how to do so. Did not take back to service center because it is an hour drive one way, but it works now. More

I scheduled my service for oil change and tire rotation . When I scheduled it, I said I get free rotation since bought the tires there. I did see it mentioned for rotate. . I Was told tread was fine. I rotate every 5000 miles when I change oil. So they had to take my car back to redo and added another 40+ minutes to my wait. Then I was going to be charged almost $40 for it, and had to reiterate it was free. More

I walked away from Nissan more frustrated than I was before I came in that day. I would’ve liked to have known the real issue with my vehicle but it seemed that it was more of a process of elimination w before I came in that day. I drop my truck off Sunday night. I called the service department twice to get a person no answer from the service center. I drove to the service center to check on the status only to I called the service department twice to get a person no answer from the service center. I received a call that the truck was ready about two hours later. I informed the person that I could not pick up until late, but before they closed. I was told okay.
