I haven’t used the “service” (if that is maintenance/mechanics), but the experience I had with the sales/finance team of Aliecia (hope I spelled it correctly), Rob and Ron was fantastic. I dealt with Power Nissan in Torrance, CA previously, and my experience there with Charlie Frank lead to a second purchase and confidence that my needs/wants were being heard and not past or dismissed. Aliecia, I felt, listened to me and helped make my experience as simple as possible. Thank you!! I hate being “sold” to, and the first Nissan dealership I visited did just that. Try to sell me something that I didn’t build (which was provided to them before my in-person visit). So thank you Aliecia! More
