My experience at CCN was absolutely the best. I went in for new tires and an alignment. Browsing through the selection a car caught my eye. I was immediately greeted by Selena. Amanda was terrific- professional and kind. However, the woman who booked my appointment said it would take about an hour; when I got there, Amanda said it would take 2+hours. That was an inconvenience for me but I agreed to wait on premise. I was not told I had to stay in a particular waiting area so I went up front near the showroom. No one ever confirmed if the cell number on record was accurate. They had my husbands number, not mine. So. When more things needed work, the authorization request went to hubbys number even though I was on premise. Hubby happened to have seen it and forwarded it to me. I authorized the work and of course that added more time to the appointment. Supposedly when the car was ready, someone called my name in the waiting area back by where you pay. I was up front and didn’t hear my name called. After three hours I went to look and didn’t see my car on the lifts. I went out to Amanda and saw my car in the bay ready to leave. I wonder how long it had been done and I was sitting there wasting time. Amanda said they aren’t allowed to come up into the showroom area looking for customers, in case I was talking with a salesperson about a trade in??? That’s dumb. And she asked if I hadn’t gotten the text that the car was done. No I hadn’t because they texted hubbys phone and he was driving on a highway roadtrip. Cool. Fine. So now I go pay $1200 for service that had me sitting for three hours. We update the phone numbers and our address. Great. I go out to car and, after $1200, they didn’t even run it through a complimentary carwash? Thanks. So I leave and go across the street to Walmart. I park and notice the cabin air filter still in its packaging on the passenger side floor. What??? Really? Now I go back to your dealership where I just spent three hours to have the work completed (pop in the filter) Amanda was apologetic and Devin was apologetic too but that was it. Not even a “hey let’s run your car through the wash for your inconvenience .” I was rather disappointed in the entire experience. I only came in to the dealership because it was the 105k service. I usually go to a local mechanic for the very reason that I haven’t had good easy experience here ever. I doubt I’ll hear from anyone about this review More
