I went in to have them check on an oil leak. Everyone was very nice and all went well; however, the oil leak wasn't fixed. There was no charge for the service but that might be because they kno Everyone was very nice and all went well; however, the oil leak wasn't fixed. Sorry for my skepticism, but I'm accustomed to the way things work in the world this day and time. More

I have been loyal to Cherokee Nissan since it opened. It is always a pleasant experience. They are mostly right on time with the time estimate they provide. Love that my car is returned all washed!! My rep was particularly nice and watched the time for me. I forgot her name (my fault, not hers). She lives near by, dark hair. Very nice and personable. More

Bryan Walker was very nice and professional. The other young man there was nice but didn’t tell me the truth . I came in at 10:30 for an oil change. He explained that it would be over an hour wait but if I came back after 12:00 it would be a shorter wait time. When I came back at 12:00 Bryan explained that it would be about an hour and fifteen minute wait . I just said OK. He told the other young man that I was back and he said that’s ok you can write her up I’m just trying to go home. I was really glad he did because Bryan was such a very nice guy. More
