I took my truck in because my a/c wasn’t working cool enough and I thought I just needed refrigerant. Technician said the o-rings and the condenser needed to be replaced for a total of over $1300 in part enough and I thought I just needed refrigerant. Technician said the o-rings and the condenser needed to be replaced for a total of over $1300 in parts & labor. I then took it hickory flat automotive and surprise, surprise, it just needed refrigerant for a total of $80.00. I think these kids working there just like to see if they can rip people off. Amanda, the rep was nice and helpful but the staff in the workshop are extremely slow, probably because they are always on their phones…. More
