Very easy to deal with. Only negative issue was the sales manager quoted me 0% financing offer when I inquired about the vehicle but would not honor it when purchased. They told me they had the part in stock and they could work me in. The part was supposed to be $206 and he told me the labor was $197 because it was a simple sensor to replace. We were on our way home fro work me in. The part was supposed to be $206 and he told me the labor was $197 because it was a simple sensor to replace. We were on our way home from Georgia to Florida and we sat there 2 hours. I went and checked in to see how it was going and he brought a bill out and said it was going to be $2,200 and informed me that they haven't even touched the truck at all in 2 hours. I thought the job was done already. Then he told me they did not have the part and it would be there tomorrow. Then I told them I would just leave because I have to get home and I would just have to drive slow in my Nissan Titan and he handed me a bill for $160 for waiting in there waiting room. There was no diagnosis because I already handed them the Code sheet which said there was a output sensor that went bad and I had it scanned at autozone. But they still charged me $160! Insane really for nothing. He told me there's a diagnosis fee because he had to read through books on the issue. You would think a Nissan dealership would know how to service a simple sensor without having to spend 2 hours reading up on it. Especially when I already told them what the issue was. I feel like I was severely taking advantage of and it wasted our time and we did not even make it home that night. Not being hard but no communication for 2 hours and then not touching my truck and then giving me a completely different Bill cost and telling me you can't fix it until tomorrow and then sending me on my way with $160 bill for doing nothing is unacceptable. I don't mind paying bills and I paid the bill and I left. As the owner of a real estate company I would never do this to people. I was actually up front working on a deal on a new Titan and when they gave me that bill I went back to that man's desk and told him I was leaving and I would never buy a Titan because of what they did to me at the shop. Got my keys and left. The owner of this dealership said seriously consider refunding my money, but doubt that will ever happen. More
