Then, on a 2019...with only 21K miles - they still wanted to charge me for "used car prep"...and by the way... a new vehicle has a 3 yr / 36K mile "bumper to bumper" warranty. They insisted that the service department had made the investment so the $1,000 for the used car prep was normal. Also, they added the CPO...and I told them I did not want to purchase that. Again, insisted that it was part of the deal. I told them CPO is basically insurance for me to be comfortable with the vehicle...and once I drive the car off the lot - it was my problem. Around and Around I went...shady and smiling all the way they kept both of their hands in my pocket for more money. Don't believe a word that their finance guy tells you - this dealership continues with the old tradition of why people don't trust car salesman...will never darken their door again. More

Surprisingly, it was management that kept feeding me lies. The salesman was actually very straightforward. Paraphrasing... - Salesman: We got this in last night and I don't know much about it. (Thank you, I can work with that!) -Mgt #1: This truck runs really good, normally. It's just flooded right now. (fuel injected vehicles don't flood!) -Mgt #1: It really does run good. We've just got to let the glow plugs warm up. (It was 50 degrees outside and truck was already blowing heat from cabin vents.) -Mgt #2: The problem was low oil pressure, they added oil and it's running much better now. (Oil level was OK when I drove it. Oil pressure warning light never came on. Neither low oil level or low oil pressure fit the symptoms.) I liked the vehicle even though it ran very rough. I can fix that part but, 3 strikes and you're out! More

On Friday I tried to get them to take a deposit over the phone to hold it for me and I would come complete the payment in cash to pick it up. I live almost 3 hours away, so I would have to rent a car and drive there to finish the deal and return the rental to a local store. I was told that there a customer there that wanted the truck, but he would have to wait until Monday morning to get a check from his credit union. They were giving that customer until Noon on Monday, and they would call. At 12:10 Monday afternoon I called. That customer had not shown up, so I could make a deal. I was told by the salesman, Sylvester, that he would call me back in few minutes. After not hearing from him, I called and asked for the sales manager, Willy. He was on the phone with me when Sylvester walked in his office. They were still going back and forth bout waiting on Heather possibility... Willy put me on the phone with the General Manager, Freddy. Freddy and I agreed to and out he door price and he would have Sylvester call me back to get the contract in motion and get my deposit. After not hearing from him for another hour I called back. Back and forth back and forth it went for hours. Why they did not want my money, I do not know. I literally wasted my entire afternoon trying to get them to take my money and buy this truck. They pushed me off and waited until someone came in the store and completely disregarded the verbal agreement the General Manager and I had mad. They sold the truck to someone who was there, even though we had a deal and was coming to buy the truck. 3 days, a verbal agreement with GM, and a complete waste of my time. More
Great Experience My Husband and I bought an suv tonight from Robert. Our experience began with Ryan on the phone as he followed up on an internet deal. He talked with My Husband and I bought an suv tonight from Robert. Our experience began with Ryan on the phone as he followed up on an internet deal. He talked with me about setting up an appointment and personally greeted us when we arrived. Robert was our sales team member and he was personable, honest and down to earth. He was up front about things in the car that we were looking at and didn’t push us to look out side of our price range. He was willing to help in anyway possibly and stayed an hour past closing to ensure we were taken care of. Jerome was the finance manager and he too was great! Walked us through the paperwork to minimize confusion and also stayed an hour past closing to take care of us. Ryan, Robert and Jerome made this car buying experience a memorable one. They made us feel welcome and treated us like family. I highly recommend this dealership. More

The car was listed as Certified that included a warranty, and I was ready to purchase. He granted me a bit more (hesitantly) for my trade, he left to write up the sale and returned telling me he was going to charge me an extra $800+ for the Certification. He said he would drop that charge but it would not be Certified, no warranty. The car was advertised and being sold as Certified Nissan with the warranty, I agreed to purchase at the price advertised. False advertising regarding the Certified Nissan at that price? Unscrupulous sales manager? I say both because he made the advertised vehicle look to be false advertising. More

Car buying from a dealership is nothing short of a headache. In fact, I can't think of a more painful way to spend an afternoon, typically. It's a back and forth, endless game that no one, aside from car salesmen, likes to play. But this place seemed different.... I was one of the lucky few to buy a car at this location, when they first opened. It was an absolutely effortless car buying experience. They gave me the BEST offer on my trade in the FIRST time, without the bs of having to haggle back and forth all afternoon, and I was literally in and out in my barely used Jeep. I have HIGHLY recommended this location ever since my first experience. We went back about a year later, and dealt with Tray for a test drive on a truck, and while the 'no haggling' phenomenon that I had first experienced, was no longer the case really, we still had a great time with him, and he didn't keep us there all day going back and forth, so I would've happily gone back and dealt with him again.... My husband and I made the error of going back there yesterday. That will never happen again!! This time we had the misfortune of dealing with Sylvester. We stated numerous times that we wanted 1) the out the door price, 2) the dollar amount for our trade in, and 3) explained the 'must haves' options on the truck we wanted. After numerous trips to the "sales manager", and spending a couple of hours wasting our weekend, and NEVER getting anything we asked for, were told that the truck that was advertised at $43,000, with 0 percent interest and a 60 month loan, was coming back at $1000 a month. It's not hard math to figure out... that's a $60,000 truck all of a sudden. So, still having no idea what the out the door price would have been OR what the trade in value we were being given was, because Sylvester was a pro at dodging questions, and giving zero answers, we eventually just left. AND to add insult to injury, the Jeep that I bought from them and had such a great initial buying experience with when they first opened, was sold to me as having a 36,000 bumper to bumper warranty. (I bought it with 9000 miles on it)... my warranty is null and void, because the vehicle was initially purchased new in Canada. The sales team knew this when I bought it, and still assured me I had a warranty. I called to schedule service on my Jeep, only to find out that warranties from other countries are not valid in the states. When I brought that up to Sylvester, thinking that this great dealership I'd had such a pleasure working with before, would likely try to help troubleshoot the cigarette adapters that haven't worked SINCE I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE FROM THEM, and the other very minor concerns, and possibly fix it for me, as a courtesy for having misled me, he said there was nothing they would do. My husband was a little surprised by that and said that we felt misled and wouldn't have come back if we'd felt they were the type of dealership to mislead their customers.... and Sylvester's response, was "well you're here now". Save yourself the wasted time, the run-around, the frustration, and the crappy customer service. More

I had my new Frontier less than a month and had a tire issue hoping to get some help from the dealer. You know, being a new customer, maybe a little consideration in helping with the cost considering the situation. Called Forrest Jones, Sales Manager, numerous time and left a couple of messages, but no call back. Very upsetting and disappointing. Will definitely not take my business there again when we purchase again later this year or next year. STAY AWAY - Classic example of SELL & FORGET!!! Jerry H More

When a sales person changes numbers just to make a sale, this is not a practice. Pam is the one of the leaders in this fraudulent activity. Please be very aware of this when dealing with this company. Even though I love the car, it would have stayed on the lot. I will be refinancing. More
