I was met at the front desk and taken care of fairly quick. I had to wait for about 3 hours for my service to be done which was oil change and tire rotation. The screws were stripped on my skid plate wh quick. I had to wait for about 3 hours for my service to be done which was oil change and tire rotation. The screws were stripped on my skid plate when services were done by this dealership and the partner dealership which they said had ended. Either way, they took the skid plate off then told me they couldn’t put it back on and the bolts that they played a part in stripping were on back order and did not offer to send those to me for no charge. They also forgot my tire rotation that was said upfront. I won’t be back. More

I bought my pre certified used 2018 Nissan Kicks at Town Center Nissan. I only received one fob and my tire pressure sensor came on in 4 days. I tried to get someone from Town Center to call me back for over a week with no response. I dropped by Cherokee County Nissan to have tire pressure sensor checked. EVER YONE was extremely helpful and nice. They gave me the information I needed to have tire pressure light handled. I finally had someone from Town Center call me back after almost two weeks. I received my fob on Wednesday October 11 (9 days after i purchased my car) but was told very abruptly they couldn't take care of my tire pressure light which came on 4 days after purchase. I have and will continually refer people to Cherokee County Nissan for purchases and service. NEVER again Town Center Nissan. Thank you Cherokee County Nissan for your help and your courtesy. More
