I went in after needing to jump-start my car with what I thought was a dead unusable battery, expecting to need to buy a new one. But that wasn't the case at all. All that was needed was to clean and tight thought was a dead unusable battery, expecting to need to buy a new one. But that wasn't the case at all. All that was needed was to clean and tighten the loose terminals and to recharge it. The best part was when the service manager told me there would no charge. I do appreciate it greatly and will continue to come in whenever I need service. More

Cherokee County Nissan was professional, friendly, very responsive and took their time explaining the work performed and the bill. They displayed a genuine interest in having me as a customer and multiple responsive and took their time explaining the work performed and the bill.
