When a sales person changes numbers just to make a sale, this is not a practice. Pam is the one of the leaders in this fraudulent activity. Please be very aware of this when dealing with this company. Even though I love the car, it would have stayed on the lot. I will be refinancing. More
Worst Dealer Experience Ever Sutherlin's website along with several other car websites advertised a very low price. Upon arrival, Rob Verdaguer, the sales person, acknowledged the Sutherlin's website along with several other car websites advertised a very low price. Upon arrival, Rob Verdaguer, the sales person, acknowledged the advertised price as accurate and confirmed the add as "all-inclusive less taxes and registration". We test drove the vehicle and decided to purchase. After Rob consulted with the general manager, they decided to add a $1,200 "reconditioning fee". I pushed back and asked what was included in this fee. Rob said tires, brakes, fluids, air filters, battery, dent removal, etc. ONLY AFTER I asked to view the service ticket did Rob admit that they only changed the oil and replaced the battery. What a scam! $1,200 for an oil change and battery! This was classic bait and switch and if you read the other reviews, my review is not unique. I left the building extremely upset. The following day, I contacted Nissan Motor's headquarters and Georgia's Attorney General and paid Sutherlin another visit to relay the news of my phone calls. While at the dealership, I was monitoring the various websites and it was comical at how fast the price shot up by $1,200! Sutherlin could not change the price fast enough! Ultimately, the slimy general manager reluctantly agreed to sell me the vehicle at their originally advertised price but never talked to me directly-- he made Rob do his dishonest nasty work. Once I had the keys to my new vehicle, I walked into the GM's office and asked why he didn't want to shake my hand thanking me for my purchase. His response was "I don't talk to customers and certainly don't want to talk to you!" I was the only customer in Sutherlin that morning- a total of 90 minutes and he never left his chair. He was too busy modifying his internet prices. If I'm Nissan, I would really monitor Sutherlin's practices and teach them a thing or two about customer service. I expect dealerships push the honesty limit to try to maximize profits but this place is the worst! More
Have to work really hard to get a good deal here They are quick to reply to online inquiries. But, they won't honor the price and once you get there the addon game begins. They are willing to negot They are quick to reply to online inquiries. But, they won't honor the price and once you get there the addon game begins. They are willing to negotiate but you have to be aware of what price you are willing to take or leave with. Of course they have all the addon crap and you can get them down alot on them. The finance guy puts on the hard sell for an endless amount of doomsday scenarios. Just say no to all of it. They also claim you have to finance with Nissan to get the offers. It's a complete lie. But, if they won't budge, take the crappy rate they give you and immediately refinance. There is nowhere in the contract that says you can't. There is no prepayment penalty on the loan. The dealership is new and pretty but don't be distracted by it, it's the same old song and dance. More
Deceptive online practices VERY deceptive internet sales practices. We reached an agreement and I was ready to put down a deposit. Ryan was quick to ask for my credit card and VERY deceptive internet sales practices. We reached an agreement and I was ready to put down a deposit. Ryan was quick to ask for my credit card and the $1,000 deposit before giving me the details. When I got the email to confirm the purchase price, the quick switcheroo with numbers took place. The numbers on paper were $5,000 more than what was agreed upon over the phone. Do we think girls are stupid and can't do math? We are going to look at a Honda now. More

We promptly left and went to Regal Nissan in Roswell where we got the same car for $1000 less. Don't waste your time with this dishonest dealership More

Noel seemed pretty proud of the fact that the "internet price" was just to get people in the door... then they bump it up with fees. Almost $2,000 in fees on top of the advertised price...and that doesn't include the $3,000 Protection Plan he intended to try to sell. I'll look elsewhere......... More
Came back for seconds I bought a Maxims the previous day and my wife and I decided to look into replacing her 2015 Rouge Select. We got such a great deal on the Maxims that I bought a Maxims the previous day and my wife and I decided to look into replacing her 2015 Rouge Select. We got such a great deal on the Maxims that I called ahead to tell them we were coming and what we were looking for. We experienced the same friendliness and respect that we got buying our Maxims the previous evening! Well the negotiation went a little better because they knew me coming in the door. After a brief volley; we arrived at my workable price. We drove home in a new 2017 Rogue SV! I must say that I find it difficult to buy one car given the typical hassle but these folks made it easy to buy two! I highly recommend Sutherland Nissan, Holly Springs. More
Deceptive advertised pricing I visited Sutherlin's website. Saw an 2017 Altima for a great price. Disclaimer accompanying the add said that the sales price included $599 dealer fe I visited Sutherlin's website. Saw an 2017 Altima for a great price. Disclaimer accompanying the add said that the sales price included $599 dealer fee. I started up a chat session with Mallory for confirmation that the OTD price would be the advertised price plus tax, tag and title, with no additional fees. Mallory, or someone from the dealership, responded back that there would be no additional fees. Since I had to drive over two hours to get to Sutherlin, I replied to that message for final clarification that there would be no additional charges or fees. Lo and behold, Mallory came back and told me that she was sorry but she forgot about the Sutherlin Protection Package that would add an additional $995 to the advertised sale price. This on top of their already included $599 dealer fee. I asked her why this package/fee wasn't added to the advertised sale price. She claimed she didn't know all of the dealership fees. Huh? So how did she find out about this one? I guess I should be grateful she did disclose it before I drove two hours only to be blindsided by this phantom fee. You lost a sale Sutherlin. No wonder people mistrust new car dealers. Linda More
